More reviews usually means a more experienced, trustworthy reviewer. · 3 years ago★We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). A tech came out, assessed the system, and told me the blower motor+capacitor would need to be replaced for anywhere…

They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.
