She'mar was my tech and did a great job! I felt confident he knew his information. This and his thorough work was great.
Technician was very courteous and efficient. I would recommend him highly.
Amazed how responsive this company is. I asked for an expedited call because I had visitors. The technician arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had everything working in an hour. Amazing
Stay away. Terrible experience. Had used them for a few years, was a repeat customer, and thought I could trust Empire. I was wrong. My AC unit was malfunctioning, and I scheduled myself to be their first appointment with arrival between 8am and 9am. 9am came and went, and no one from Empire contacted me. I…
Zeke was great—friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient answering my questions. He spent a long time and clearly wanted to get it right. Zeke inspired confidence.
Horrible experience! Signed a service contract. Technician performed spring servicing April 2026. He was very nice however have chunk of wood out of wood floor under steps to attic unit when he left. Called and set up appointment August 2026 since one unit was not working properly. Technician came out who was…
Terrance is one of the very few people I trust when it comes to having our HVAC serviced. Not only that, he's truly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I can't tell you the number of HVAC companies we've had over the years, and Empire is the most reliable. It's mainly because Terrace is the best of the best,…
I’ve used Empire for years. They never disappoint. Today was no exception. Joshua Adams was fantastic: thoroughly professional, cordial, and charming, to boot. He carefully walked me through maintenance issues with my AC unit. No stress, just the facts: highly recommended.
Service Tech was great (Jacoby C). He immediately took in the vibe of our home and played along accordingly. Really nice guy - friendly but also got to work. Done fast. Friendly. Not the cheapest but when you make a call at 9:00 and he shows up at 11:00 and done by 11:30 - hey- you get what you pay for. In…

We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily…
Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is not a good option for business owners leasing commercial space. When I attempted to schedule a routine HVAC maintenance inspection, I was told I could not do so without explicit permission from the property owner. For a standard and basic service request, this level of…
Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.

Excellent. Zack was wonderful and very helpful, thorough. Highly recommended 👍👍👍
The technician, Kobe (sp?), was on time & since we had not met before he took time to listen to what we wanted from the service call. Our system is on the older side & he gave us good input about our concerns with the unit. He was knowledgeable & reassuring which we appreciate very much.
Kobe was a nice guy and a helpful technician, we appreciated his transparency and knowledge of our furnace. Thanks!
Mike came out and serviced our Daiken Mini Split, very knowledgeable and confident and left the place perfect. I enjoy working with Empire!
Taylor arrived on time! He was great and even replaced the batteries for me on the thermostats. He explained everything to me and gave me recommendations. Taylor was kind, thoughtful and very accommodating. I’ve been a long time customer at Empire and he’s one of the best!
Ray, the maintenance technician, did a great job explaining and suggesting ways to keep my HVAC system in good shape. He also helped me contact tech support to figure out why I couldn’t connect to my system on my phone. Ray was super patient, professional, and helpful.
Tech came when said they would be here. Great professional work tuning up furnaces for the winter. Had to replace one bulb on one furnace rest was standard checkup.
Routine maintenance visit for heating system. This visit was significantly different from previous visits. Technician explained why the exterior unit was not checked and the drain line did not require a cleaning tablet.
We’ve been working with Empire for many years. They are always responsive, thorough, knowledgeable & fair!

Ray the technician was very thorough and took his time with the maintenance. He also found a problem and fixed it. After he left he even called to say I’d been overcharged and that accounting would credit the difference. I’m in good hands with this tech! Thanks
