Ray, the maintenance technician, did a great job explaining and suggesting ways to keep my HVAC system in good shape. He also helped me contact tech support to figure out why I couldn’t connect to my system on my phone. Ray was super patient, professional, and helpful.
Tech came when said they would be here. Great professional work tuning up furnaces for the winter. Had to replace one bulb on one furnace rest was standard checkup.
Routine maintenance visit for heating system. This visit was significantly different from previous visits. Technician explained why the exterior unit was not checked and the drain line did not require a cleaning tablet.
