Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.

Empire has always provided me with prompt and honest service. Their pricing has always been better than fair. The pricing was for a one year maintenance contract that provides maintenance for two units, both heating and cooling.

Service call made this morning about leaking condensation in our apartment. The condensation line was backed up. The technician arrived after a phone call telling us he was on his way. He fixed it and was on his way. Happy customer!

We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). Great experience with tech David at Empire. Easy to schedule the appt (great communication with live person on the other end of the line), on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. Highly recommend.
