This company is honest and believable. I can't tell you how many different companies I have looked at and had service my system. I believe Mike was our professional that showed up and met with us. He explained things in layman's term which was appreciated. This was our first experience with empire yeah, we hope it will be a lasting relationship.

Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.

Very happy with the recent service. The woman answering the phone was pleasant, listened to my tale of woe and worked at getting me into the day's schedule. The technician that came was pleasant, professional and efficient. He clearly explained my options and the different costs associated with them. I'm definitely sticking with Empire.
