Technician Terrance has been servicing my units since 05/24/23. He has been to my house at least 6 times I always feel I'm going to get the best service possible when it's him. Empire, he really represents your company well
I came home one day to find the outdoor a/c unit making a loud buzzing sound and the fan wasn't turning. Inside our home, it was 89 degrees. I called Empire Heating and Air Conditioning, and got an appointment for the next day. Not only was Jacoby able to fix our a/c unit that day, but he also showed us that the…
Two techs came out to check out my AC problem, 100% friendly and professional. Luckily same day diagnosis and repair of a small fix. Definitely will call the company for future issues.
We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily…
Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
We’ve been working with Empire for many years. They are always responsive, thorough, knowledgeable & fair!
Thank you Zeke and Empire Heating and AC for the excellent service and honesty. Very thorough with the inspection and work you did. Thank you for taking the time to break down what needs to be ordered and the repair process!!
We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). A tech came out, assessed the system, and told me the blower motor+capacitor would need to be replaced for anywhere…
Had a problem with my A/C unit and they send a technician right away. Arrived on the time frame they schedule my appointment and solved the issue without any problem. I highly recommend Empire for their professionalism & great customer service.
The expert was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.
The technician who came out was polite and professional, and knew what he was doing.
I have been using Empire for years for both home and business HVAC services. I can’t say enough positive things about them - they are highly skilled, attentive, responsive, and friendly professionals. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I can’t say that I have been as lucky in other areas (e.g.…
Chase did a good job. He explained everything.
Wonderful !!! Professional and trustworthy. I have reached 3 different companies only Empire was able to help me and give me peace of mind. Thanks
This company is honest and believable. I can't tell you how many different companies I have looked at and had service my system. I believe Mike was our professional that showed up and met with us. He explained things in layman's term which was appreciated. This was our first experience with empire yeah, we hope it will be a lasting relationship.
Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.
Terrence from Empire stopped by my place today to fix my central air. The system was blowing cool and hot air at the same time. This made my place feel like a sauna. He was very professional, friendly, and responsive. He got the job done in a timely manner. If you need your system fixed, I highly recommend that you…
Empire always fixes the problem!
Excellent service!
Very happy with the recent service. The woman answering the phone was pleasant, listened to my tale of woe and worked at getting me into the day's schedule. The technician that came was pleasant, professional and efficient. He clearly explained my options and the different costs associated with them. I'm definitely sticking with Empire.
This was my first a/c maintenance for my annual service contract agreement. Empire was recommended to me by my previous vendor as they stopped servicing my area as it was too far away from their primary service area. Zeke arrived on time, was super friendly and professional and explained exactly what he was doing.…
Empire was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They took care of the warranty (with the manufacturer) on the condenser that was previously installed by the builder. Because we were having a winter heat wave, we asked them about the option to rush the part here, which they provided at a reasonable…
Thorough and detailed. Also, transparent regarding pricing prior to performing service. 5 stars :)
We've been using Empire Heating & Air for more than ten years and they've always provided great service at a fair price. Our builder sent a few HVAC contractors for warranty repairs but none were as knowledgeable. Empire is the most reliable company we use for any house repairs or maintenance.
Nov. 2021 - I’m still a customer of empire! I like their seasonal maintenance packages because 1. They remind me and remind me until I schedule it. 2. They seem to always have good times available for techs to come. 3. Friendly and courteous technicians and office staff. 4. Reasonable prices. 2018 - Tenacious techs…
Friendly and efficient.
From a 1925 steam boiler to 2021 multi_zone wireless technology. These guys KNOW what to do. Fast, reliable, professional problem solvers. I don't think they are the cheapest - and that's probably why. Do yourself a favor and get it done right before more $$$problems$$$ occur.
At this point we have been using Empire for over 7 years across two different houses. We had them completely redo the HVAC in our old house which took the house from downright unlivable in July to quite lovely with zone AC. As we were selling our old house, the AC of course acts up and they were able to come out the…
Travis was the technician and is a credit to his company. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, and thorough. As a homeowner with an aging R22 system, I feared I would hear the need to replace the HVAC but Travis followed a logical step by step approach to bring the unit back to effectiveness, sharing decision points along the way. Thanks!
Empire was the 4th company I called for my rental property. The tenant let me know the other guys walked in the garage looked at the system and left saying repair would be $1600. The empire tech came by and found where the simple leak was because a hose was misplaced. Saved me over $1400. In the times we are living…
We are grateful for the prompt and efficient service from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning! Thank You!
Empire technician identified the problem with A/C unit and performed the repair during the same visit. Work was done professionally, I was provided an honest assessment of life expectancy of equipment and Service visit was prompt. I would recommend Empire for your service needs.
Great job! Thanks.
Everyone at Empire is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! They ordered the part quickly and returned to install the next day. Thank you all (Zeke and Ken!) for 10 years of wonderful HVAC Maintenance!
Charles saved us two times, already!! He's the best HVAC technician,!! In June, our main unit wasn't cooling and quickly he found a small part that a beetle got under and shorted the A/C- he quickly replaced the part and we've been good since. Lately, our realtor, requested her company to look at our furnace on the…
