Fine service. Ok prices. But payment was annoying. They sent me multiple links that didn’t work. After that, I called to pay and gave them the feedback. A month later, I still got an invoice. I couldn’t reply because it was a no reply email. I had to call again to let them know that I had payed. Overall, I feel…
The problem was diagnosed and resolved within a few hours. The technician was courteous and professional.
First time using Empire after the local company I used to call moved to the other side of the city, and I'm very happy with everything. Ezekiel not only fixed my issue, he went over the whole system with me to suggest other ways to improve my situation. My system is old, and is in need of a lot. I knew this already.…
Zeek was outstanding with information and service needed for repair job at my house. He was courteous as well as customer friendly.
She'mar was my tech and did a great job! I felt confident he knew his information. This and his thorough work was great.
Amazed how responsive this company is. I asked for an expedited call because I had visitors. The technician arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had everything working in an hour. Amazing
Mr. Wilson completed the service call quickly and efficiently. He also gave me advice about how to keep the drain line clear. Thank you.
Stay away. Terrible experience. Had used them for a few years, was a repeat customer, and thought I could trust Empire. I was wrong. My AC unit was malfunctioning, and I scheduled myself to be their first appointment with arrival between 8am and 9am. 9am came and went, and no one from Empire contacted me. I…
Zeke was great—friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient answering my questions. He spent a long time and clearly wanted to get it right. Zeke inspired confidence.
The tech for my AC inspection (Ray) was a nice and knowledgeable guy. He was efficient and kept things neat, and he petted my dog! Good communication with the office regarding when he would arrive.
Responsive, efficient and effective. Also quite enjoyed chatting with Terrance. 😊👍
Terrance has been to our house three times and repaired the air conditioner three times quickly at a reasonable cost
We have had 2 of their units for barely 4 years...enough to be out of warranty. However we have extended our warranties through them for each year needed. Now, one of our units have TOTALLY kaput. The compressor and compressor board have both gone out, within a month of being serviced by them. They have not only…
Amazing company!!! Terrence is amazing!!!! We had a blower motor issue they ordered it and installed as soon as possible!
We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily…
Empire came out the same afternoon I called them and completed our repair within a couple days. When the technician arrived, he told me that he’d come up with a more affordable fix than previously proposed. Everything worked great and this would be the first company I call in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
Charged me for multiple visits and did not fix my problem. Failed to see the obvious defective refrigerant lines. I wasted over 1000$ on useless stuff. I had to turn to another company who quickly spotted the problem and fixed it. Jim Jensen PS I am glad the company reached out about this and helped.Thank you.
I needed a repair to my heating/AC unit. I waited for a few days to get an appointment. Empire sent someone who spent quite a bit of time figuring out the repair needed. The repair quote was around $3000 with another wait for two weeks. I called a different provider who came the same day to evaluate and repair for…
Excellent customer service from their office staff and then again onsite from their technician staff member. Appreciate this so much.
On time, quick, professional and courteous.
Very professionally done.
Technician was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.
Zeke did a great job. He was courteous, positive, answered all my questions and was efficient. Great job!
It was 90 degrees, humid and both our upstairs and downstairs AC units were not working. Empire sent Terrance out to help us. He tested and repaired coolant leaks, and kept me apprised of the cost of each process as we went. Each step was approved with no surprises. Terrance was professional, thorough, and…
Empire is excellent at customer service and Zeke, the technician, is amazing. I would not have anyone else work on my system.
Service is always prompt, techs always know what they are doing. I recommend Empire without hesitation.
Michael, the Empire Heating and Air Conditioning technician who repaired our heat pump yesterday, was outstanding. He was professional and courteous from the moment he arrived. The compressor on the heat pump had failed and the replacement part had been ordered earlier. His efficiency and experience were evident as…
My tech was very nice and professional. I would definitely call again to get service. I am a satisfied client.
Both the dispatcher and technician were professional and courteous. The issues were resolved, and we plan to use this company again in the future.
Technician was courteous, professional and efficient. Everyone I have dealt with at Empire since buying a home in Atlanta three years ago are top notch. I highly recommend them to take care of all your HVAC needs.
I have been a customer of Empire Heating and Air for more than ten years and have been very pleased with their services ! I rely upon them to conduct my bi- yearly fall and spring inspections and they kept me aware of any maintenance and repair issues. All of their technicians are professional and highly qualified.…
Always prompt and professional!
So comfortable with these folks in my house. Prices AND service are much better than our old HVAC company.
We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). A tech came out, assessed the system, and told me the blower motor+capacitor would need to be replaced for anywhere…
Chase is professional and courteous!
The expert was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.
I have been using Empire for years for both home and business HVAC services. I can’t say enough positive things about them - they are highly skilled, attentive, responsive, and friendly professionals. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I can’t say that I have been as lucky in other areas (e.g.…
Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.
Empire always fixes the problem!
