Technician Terrance has been servicing my units since 05/24/23. He has been to my house at least 6 times I always feel I'm going to get the best service possible when it's him. Empire, he really represents your company well
We are a local real estate company, Realty 2000 One, Inc. in Cape Canaveral. Our Property Management department has recommended the services of Empire Air, as well as others. We have been very pleased with the service, Brenden, the owner and his brother, Gio have extended to our owners. They are always readily…
Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
Terrence did a great job.
Always great to work with a family owned business. Makes a difference on many levels
Fast installation and great customer service
Empire Heating & Air is professional, reliable and committed to serving their customers.
Very timely, professional service.
The technician arrived during the promised time and performed the tasks required in a clean and timely manner.
They did a great job getting the work done that we needed
Travis was a great tech, very professional, took his time to check all aspects of our hearing system, explained what needed to be done, and was very prompt in making all repairs and updates. I had no qualms signing up for the service plan, given the quality of service we had today. Edited-16 Oct 2023. Another great…
Thank you Zeke and Empire Heating and AC for the excellent service and honesty. Very thorough with the inspection and work you did. Thank you for taking the time to break down what needs to be ordered and the repair process!!
Great customer service, efficient,
Empire Heating and Air is fantastic. The service couldn’t be better!
Chase is professional and courteous!
As ever, on=time, courteous, effective, and worth it.
I have been using Empire for years for both home and business HVAC services. I can’t say enough positive things about them - they are highly skilled, attentive, responsive, and friendly professionals. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I can’t say that I have been as lucky in other areas (e.g.…
Our technician Travis was great! He was kind, knowledgeable and patient. He explained all issues with us. Great employee!
Fantastic service. Fixed our heating during the last freeze. Technician was friendly, prompt, and educated me on the issue and repair. Delighted to know we have a company we can use again in the future.
Great…timely and efficient.
Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.
He was very professional and polite. I learned a lot from him. I had issues controlling the ac and heat and the ac would keep running. Now it's fixed and I'm happy. Thanks for your service Dave!
Travis was fantastic! We are new customers of Empire and couldn’t be more satisfied after our first appointment yesterday. The technician, Travis came with a mask and was thorough and efficient in explaining what he was doing. The last company we used never put filters back in, so Travis installed new filters and…
Technician was very professinal. Explained all his findings and recommendations.
Gas hose replaced.
Empire is efficient and friendly from the time you book to the time the technician completes the job. Zeke came out today and was super respectful and kind - he changed our filter, did a pressure test to ensure the system was operating smooth, and recommended options to help us reduce allergens and improve air…
Excellent service
We've been using Empire Heating & Air for more than ten years and they've always provided great service at a fair price. Our builder sent a few HVAC contractors for warranty repairs but none were as knowledgeable. Empire is the most reliable company we use for any house repairs or maintenance.
Knowledgeable and friendly workers. They respect property and explain things clearly.
We woke up on a Saturday morning and realized our heat was not working with a dinner party scheduled that night. Because we are on Planned Maintenance with Empire, the co. sent out someone within 90 minutes of my call to get the heat going. Mike did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong and ways to fix it.…
I’ve been very happy with Empire for several years. Professional and dependable and safe. Thank you to Travis this past appointment. Recommended!
Nov. 2021 - I’m still a customer of empire! I like their seasonal maintenance packages because 1. They remind me and remind me until I schedule it. 2. They seem to always have good times available for techs to come. 3. Friendly and courteous technicians and office staff. 4. Reasonable prices. 2018 - Tenacious techs…
Good experience with Empire. Terrance was knowledgeable, friendly, and identified/fixed an issue from a previous company’s work that could have resulted in flooding. Definitely recommend Empire.
Zeke came for routine maintenance and concluded that with cleaning and replacing capacitor.........all went well
The service person was very considerate and got the job done.
From a 1925 steam boiler to 2021 multi_zone wireless technology. These guys KNOW what to do. Fast, reliable, professional problem solvers. I don't think they are the cheapest - and that's probably why. Do yourself a favor and get it done right before more $$$problems$$$ occur.
I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.
These guys are awesome. I called in the morning and they sent Terrence over that same afternoon. He serviced the system, checked all the vents, took the time to show me how to change the filter on my heating unit, and helped me troubleshoot a few other things. A very positive experience!
Very good in every way
We have been with Empire for more than a decade now, mostly because we assumed they would offer a better experience as one of the larger HVAC providers. Nothing could be further from reality. The service they provide is inconsistent at best and can be described as subpar if I am being honest. In our latest…
Empire technician identified the problem with A/C unit and performed the repair during the same visit. Work was done professionally, I was provided an honest assessment of life expectancy of equipment and Service visit was prompt. I would recommend Empire for your service needs.
Tech arrived and performed routine heating maintenance. He was very courteous especially during a rain storm. In the end everything was okay but he did state whatever company (Efficient Cooling Concepts) installed my new unit a year ago put the filter in wrong. I'll continue to use Empire. Thank you.
