Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. We called and made an appointment when our heat stopped working. They were ver friendly on the phone and slotted us into the soonest appointment available. Empire installed our new hvac system in July and were incredibly responsive during the whole install. When our heat suddenly went out during December, they had someone out on the same day to diagnose the problem and heat was repaired the next day.
