Empire heating and air is extremely service oriented and has been there for us every time we needed them. The quality of their technicians is extremely high. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
Empire has always provided me with prompt and honest service. Their pricing has always been better than fair. The pricing was for a one year maintenance contract that provides maintenance for two units, both heating and cooling.
Service call made this morning about leaking condensation in our apartment. The condensation line was backed up. The technician arrived after a phone call telling us he was on his way. He fixed it and was on his way. Happy customer!

Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Started with a super nice and friendly call with Courtney. She was able to work with me into the schedule within 2 hours ( I got lucky). Tech came was friendly and professional. I was only charged the service fee. Very Satisfied.
From a 1925 steam boiler to 2021 multi_zone wireless technology. These guys KNOW what to do. Fast, reliable, professional problem solvers. I don't think they are the cheapest - and that's probably why. Do yourself a favor and get it done right before more $$$problems$$$ occur.

I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.

I had an A/C problem, and they were able to fit me on the same day. The two-person crew were polite and professional, and most importantly, got the job done.
