We've used Empire for bi-annual system checks, in April 2023 for cleaning our condensing coil ($235!) and replacing a capacitor (more on that later) for our blower, and a service call today (8/23/23). A tech came out, assessed the system, and told me the blower motor+capacitor would need to be replaced for anywhere…

Our technician was absolutely amazing and such a nice guy!

Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. Have recommended them to others. One of two units was installed by them and they have helped prolong the useful life of the other unit.

I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.

I had an A/C problem, and they were able to fit me on the same day. The two-person crew were polite and professional, and most importantly, got the job done. They were wearing protective booties around the house even without asking, much appreciated. Overall, I recommend Empire based on this experience.
