Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. We've been using Empire Heating & Air for more than ten years and they've always provided great service at a fair price. Our builder sent a few HVAC contractors for warranty repairs but none were as knowledgeable. Empire is the most reliable company we use for any house repairs or maintenance.

From a 1925 steam boiler to 2021 multi_zone wireless technology. These guys KNOW what to do. Fast, reliable, professional problem solvers. I don't think they are the cheapest - and that's probably why. Do yourself a favor and get it done right before more $$$problems$$$ occur.
I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.
These guys are awesome. I called in the morning and they sent Terrence over that same afternoon. He serviced the system, checked all the vents, took the time to show me how to change the filter on my heating unit, and helped me troubleshoot a few other things. A very positive experience!

Empire technician identified the problem with A/C unit and performed the repair during the same visit. Work was done professionally, I was provided an honest assessment of life expectancy of equipment and Service visit was prompt. I would recommend Empire for your service needs.
Tech arrived and performed routine heating maintenance. He was very courteous especially during a rain storm. In the end everything was okay but he did state whatever company (Efficient Cooling Concepts) installed my new unit a year ago put the filter in wrong. I'll continue to use Empire. Thank you.
