Almost consistent great service. Appreciate having their annual maintenance contract with 2 annual visits to make sure all is working well and to change filters, if needed. We called and made an appointment when our heat stopped working. They were ver friendly on the phone and slotted us into the soonest appointment available. The company was responsive and communicative and our technician diagnosed a blown fuse and had us up and running within 10 minutes! Super easy process throughout!

Empire installed our new hvac system in July and were incredibly responsive during the whole install. When our heat suddenly went out during December, they had someone out on the same day to diagnose the problem and heat was repaired the next day.

I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.
