Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and honest pricing as strengths, noting that technicians provide detailed explanations and avoid unnecessary upsells during maintenance and repair services. Excellent service and very informative explanations about maintaining my existing unit. Made you feel very comfortable. Definitely appreciated the time spent and honesty. We are glad they were recommended to us!
I have been a customer of the Gomperts family for over 25 years. They, above everyone else I have ever dealt with, have always gone that extra little bit to provide superior service and support. This is the second complete system they have installed for me. If I have an a/c problem, there is only one number I call.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
