I’ve been a member at the Englewood Field club for 20 years. We joined in 2006 for the summer camp for my four sons. They enjoyed camp playing tennis, paddle and hockey. While they were enjoying the club I started to play platform tennis and still playing today 20 years later. Both my sons and I have made life…

This is a great club for all ages! We first found this club when we were looking for a day camp for our daughter who was 6 at the time. She had a great summer at camp, learned to play tennis and was so excited to be on the swim team competing against other clubs. In the winter, the club has an outdoor ice rink and…

Our family loves being a part of Englewood Field Club. One of great things about moving to Bergen County NJ from NYC is that we relocated closer to EFC. It is now central to our lives -- we spend so much time there supporting our children's sports and activities (hockey especially), our own adult racquets and…

I’ve been a member of Englewood Field Club since I was 23 years old and single, and now I’m approaching 40 with a wife and two kids. This is a great club for all ages! We first found this club when we were looking for a day camp for our daughter who was 6 at the time. She had a great summer at camp, learned to play tennis and was so excited to be on the swim team competing against other clubs. In the winter, the club has an outdoor ice rink and our daughter learned to skate and joined the figure skating team eventually competing in Lake Placid and NYC. While our daughter was having a great time at the club, we also got to participate in all of the sports activities offered including tennis, paddle, pickleball, squash and working out in the gym. If you are looking to make new friends and be active, this is a great place to be. Love the EFC!!

Our family loves being a part of Englewood Field Club. One of great things about moving to Bergen County NJ from NYC is that we relocated closer to EFC. It is now central to our lives -- we spend so much time there supporting our children's sports and activities (hockey especially), our own adult racquets and hockey leagues, and hanging out with a community of our close friends. The racquets offerings are extensive -- I love playing tennis and platform tennis there -- excellent racquets pros and staff, and lots of courts and racquets facilities. EFC is a great place to spend time, build friendships, exercise, and keep the kids off the devices! Highly recommend.

We’ve been members here for more than 12 years and I can say EFC has felt like a tight knit community and an old school neighborhood. The community is welcoming and we’ve built lasting friendships with so many wonderful people over the years. The staff always goes above and beyond, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie throughout the club. We truly appreciate everything this place has brought to our lives-highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxed vibe and chill people. The rackets pros are top notch too! Get your pickle, tennis, squash and my personal favorite, platform tennis, going on here with state and country club teams available to join. There is also a huge field where members kids can run amuck with an adjacent covered patio for parents to watch them play and enjoy the elements when appropriate. They have camps for kids, a swimming pool and an ice rink. It’s year round engagement and one of Bergen County’s best kept secrets.

So, well said Lyndsley. Amazingly, one place can have all of these amazing amenities and be the down-to-earth place we all love. Thank you for sharing and being part of that tight knit-community!!!

The friendships you make here are genuine, and the atmosphere is warm, social, and fun. Whether you’re there to compete, stay active, or just spend time with amazing people, the Englewood Field Club feels like a second home.

My family and I have been members of EFC for 17 years and it has enhanced our lives in so many ways! The club has a very approachable laid-back vibe and is wonderful for racquet sports lovers of all kinds. The tennis, paddle, pickleball and squash programs are all amazing, not to mention the hockey and figure skating programs, summer camp, and the swimming pool. There’s something for everyone! Definitely check it out and explore this hidden gem just a few miles from NYC!

We have been EFC members for over 20 years. We started with the summer camp and a trial membership. I can honestly say the club has been amazing for our family. My kids fondest childhood memories are from EFC. My daughter was on the swim team and did the figure skating program and when she was older, she became a lifeguard. My son was on the swim team, became a great tennis player through their youth programs and played hockey for EFC starting at age 5 and played all through HS. I learned tennis and paddle and have played competitively on teams for years and so has my husband. We have all made life long friends and the community there is warm and very down to earth and there is something for everyone!!! Joining the club was hands down one of the best decisions we have made for our family!
