Customers frequently praise the facility for hosting private birthday parties and open play sessions, citing clean spaces, organized staff, and effective communication. Positive reviews also highlight professional installation services and helpful pre-purchase consultations. However, lower-rated experiences reveal a pattern of dissatisfaction regarding undisclosed delivery fees, price discrepancies between online listings and in-person quotes, and refusal to address installation defects.

The space is so clean and there is more than enough for kids to do. They didn't want to stop playing. All of the parents agreed it was so fun for their kids! There was plenty of table space for food and party favors. The gift cart was perfect for taking the gifts to our car. Lauren was so incredibly helpful and sweet. We all had a blast and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

This team was absolutely amazing. We installed a set with them last year but the kids were struggling with how fast the slide was so a full year later they went out of their way to swap out the slide with something slower and we couldn’t be more grateful. What a lovely company. Thank you!!!
