EP Auto Repair

EP Auto did an awesome job!

EP takes care of me for a reasonable rate every time.

We have relied on EP Auto for our auto-service needs since 1994. Eric and his team are fantastic, their integrity is solid gold, there has never been a problem with our cars that they couldn't help us resolve! We have six daughters and a son. As each of them left our nest and bought their first used cars, they… Read full review

I have trust issues with mechanics. E&P has proven honest to me for several years now. This last trip they code is pulled said I needed a new turbocharger. They rechecked it and said I just needed a clean up and refresher. Could of hung me for couple of grand, did the job for 225. Excellent service.

Good honest shop Often give customer choices of the repairs needed

You will not find a better mechanic in Orem. This place came recommended by a family friend that has been going there for 15 years. EP Auto is trustworthy and fair in their pricing. They know what they are doing. They took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and charged a very reasonable… Read full review

Best shop in Utah. Been taking all my cars to EP for over 30 years.

Great people who give value for your money

We've used EP Auto for over 10 years. Eric and his team always do great work!

Always good to work with and at a fair price. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. This is the only auto repair place we use.

Great service!

I always leave EP Auto feeling totally confident that the work they have done is what my vehicle needed and aren't continually harangued to do additional work I had no idea of the need or relevance.

Very knowledgeable. Always fair.

These guys are awesome came in for a bunch of services and an inspection. They called back and let me know I don’t need some of the services. Super honest and quick. Would recommend again.

I have a been a customer for years. Most recently I had them check on a airbag light and they were able to diagnose and fix it. The prices are always fair and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I’ve been using Ep Auto for the last 15 years. They are honest, knowledgeable, the best of the best. Their prices are fair, and they do an amazing job!!!!

Eric and his team always do outstanding work. Work is always done, on-time, as quoted with no surprises. What I like best is the fact that I dont get pushed for extra work that my car doesn't need. Sometimes I've taken my car in for what turns out to be a simple diagnostic reset and they dont even charge me!

Eric has been my family's mechanic for many years. Their team is honest, and good at what they do. Eric doesn't take anyone's bull so if you, yourself, are honest and nice, that helps with all interactions. If you are in the tech sector (like me) and complain about mechanics' prices, then think about this: you may… Read full review

We've been going to E.P. Auto since the late 1980s. We have always received honest, truthful, expert care for our vehicles, and we've always been treated with respect and friendliness. Great experience. We've used EP Auto for years. They're quick, competent, and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Recommended by several folks. They were right. This was a good mechanic. Took 10 days to get the car in but once the date came they were quick and efficient with a fair price for the work done.

I recommend all of my family and friends to go to EP Auto Repair. They are honest and work very quickly to get my vehicle back too me. The last time I was there they told me it would be about 10 days before they would get to my vehicle, to my surprise, they had it diagnosed and fixed by the end of that working day. They are the best!

The guys at EP Auto were able to find the answer to a problem that I have been trying to solve for several months . I had even taken it to the dealership and the dealership couldn’t find a solution. The people at EP Auto are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I have been using EP Auto for many… Read full review

Really appreciated transparency and communication from EP Auto, they told me what needed immediate attention, and what didn’t. Work done on my car was also very well done, drives like a dream. Highly recommended, especially if you drive a Chevy Volt! My only concern was timeframe, I had my car in for six days, and… Read full review

I have had EP service my vehicles for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their service and attention that they give my vehicles!

It is a busy place, so plan in advance for an appointment. The owner Eric Patton is smart, efficent and the most honest and mechanic on the planet. I highly recommend EP Auto at my own discomfort in getting my car and truck in for service. Been going to EP for three decades.

Trusted service over many years!

These guys work fast and hard, not tricks. They don't waste your time. Best mechanic in Utah

They were great. Highly recommended

Problem was quickly diagnosed

EP auto is a very reputable place, they have over a week wait list and it is worth it. I was able to drop my car off and they listened as I told them my car issues and then immediately at work on my car with high priority due to my appointment. They diagnosed and called me with the repair Options in less than the… Read full review

Great diagnostics on older Ford, found and fixed a wiring issue that another repair place didn’t want to deal with. Phoned with estimate that was reasonable and then quickly repaired. I’ll definitely use them again

EP auto has great service! They are good at communicating the issues and when the work will be completed. Their prices are always fair. I have used them for years and would highly recommend them.

Awesome service. Very trustworthy. Good prices.

I love EP! We’ve used them for years when our daughter was in school, then we’ve used them since we moved here after retirement. Great service, good advice, never do work without checking with us first, reasonable pricing. They’re great!!!

Fast, professional, honest and affordable! Used them for years and will continue to!

EP Auto has handled our car repairs through 3 generation s now. They are reliable, do outstanding work, have great costumer service, and go above and beyond! I can't recommend highly enough since there are only 5 stars... because they deserve at least 10 stars! Highly recommend!!

We have been taking our vehicles to EP Auto for over 25 years. They perform excellent work and are honest in their diagnosis and billing. If you are looking for a great mechanic, your Google search should end here.
