Quick and honest. They’ll tell me if something can be held off being fixed a little longer to save me money and make me aware of things I didn’t realize were on the verge of breaking. Steve is a stand-out at customer service. This is the best auto repair company I’ve ever used. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live but well worth it. Short and sweet just how i like it. Had my bronco towed there, told me i had bought the wrong part, they got me the right part truck was done a day or two later came by and grabbed it. Quick and clean, Also they always answered the phone as well. Scheduled a second appointment to get some more stuff done with the same vehicle.
Once again EP Auto was excellent for all we needed. They changed the oil, did the Emission Inspection and we got four new tires for a great price. There’s a reason EP Auto has been in business as long as they have & have a waiting list to get in for repairs! Excellent & quick service once they have your car, fair pricing, and courteous technicians. You may have to wait a bit to get your car in their schedule because they are in such high demand, but if you can - do it!
