I have had them do several repairs for me, I have always felt like I can trust them. They are friendly and do great work at a fair price. thanks guys.
The liftgate mechanism on my SUV failed. I drove into EP Auto and explained the problem. Within three days The part wasat the shop and the repair was completed in 20 Minutes. Great service. Very cordial mechanics and reasonable price
Unbelievable customer service
Ep auto has always done quality work at a fair price and always bends over backwards for there customers
Everything went as planned and exceeded expectation, both in scope and price.
My truck (GMC Sierra) was parked for a couple of months because I didn't have $6,000 to replace the engine ( which was the diagnostic from my previous mechanic) a good friend recommended EP Auto and in about an hour they came out with a diagnosis, a couple of minor things with a total of $247, I couldn't believe…
Brought my car down because I was having issues with my AC, they took a look and found the problem in no time and were able to fix it quickly. I was thoroughly impressed because it turned out to be a burnt out relay and connection wire. It's been working incredibly well since!
We trust EP auto and the work they do for us. We also love that they don’t have us do work that is not immediately necessary. Car repairs are expensive enough. It’s nice to not be hoodwinked in to doing more then needed.
We have relied on EP Auto for our auto-service needs since 1994. Eric and his team are fantastic, their integrity is solid gold, there has never been a problem with our cars that they couldn't help us resolve! We have six daughters and a son. As each of them left our nest and bought their first used cars, they…
Epauto is awesome!!!!!!!
I have been going to EP Auto for over 25 years, it's the only repair shop I use. Eric and his staff are always fantastic to work with. I've never had a problem with their service and I believe that their prices are fair. The best thing is the level of trust I have with them, I never have any concerns with working with them.
EP Auto is thorough and very helpful. They never stop with just a quick fix but keep checking until they find all potential problems. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and reliable
I have been bringing my cars to EP Auto for years because I know I will get honest assessments and the highest quality of work on my vehicles. I recommend EP Auto to my family and friends with 100% confidence because honesty, great service, and affordability that I have experienced over the years will be extended to…
Best shop in Utah. Been taking all my cars to EP for over 30 years.
They are excellent professionals. We feel fortunate to have them in our community. They work quickly and efficiently every time I come in.
Great guys and one of the most honest shops in the valley. Thanks Eric
I had them work on some electrical issues. They did a great job communicating through the process and got the job done quickly .
Great people who give value for your money
Thank you guys for all your hard work that you guys put in fixing my Toyota tundra! Appreciate the professionalism at this mechanic shop! They always get the job done in a timely efficient manner! And do a really great job working on both of our vehicles. Very trust worthy!! Thank’s again EP Auto!…
In spite of the 'holiday crush', Eric managed to squeeze my wheels into the shop. Taking into account the age and condition of my SUV, I was on the road again without feeling like I'd been overcharged for non-essential repairs.
Service was performed great. The younger guy, with curly hair, at the counter clearly was having a bad day or hates his job. He responded to every customer with annoyance. The older guy at the counter was nice and pleasant to everyone.
The job was done successfully and in good time. And they are very good to work with there.
Good info up front. Very convenient to leave my car overnight. Service done on time.
Top professionals and above all trustworthy. I feel at ease when I have my vehicle service by them. Thank you!👍
Eric and the guys at EP are everything you read in their reviews. Will never use another mechanic.
Very knowledgeable. Always fair.
I’ve been using Ep Auto for the last 15 years. They are honest, knowledgeable, the best of the best. Their prices are fair, and they do an amazing job!!!!
Friendly, fair and highly skilled
Eric and his team always do outstanding work. Work is always done, on-time, as quoted with no surprises. What I like best is the fact that I dont get pushed for extra work that my car doesn't need. Sometimes I've taken my car in for what turns out to be a simple diagnostic reset and they dont even charge me!
Eric has been my family's mechanic for many years. Their team is honest, and good at what they do. Eric doesn't take anyone's bull so if you, yourself, are honest and nice, that helps with all interactions. If you are in the tech sector (like me) and complain about mechanics' prices, then think about this: you may…
Great experience. We've used EP Auto for years. They're quick, competent, and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
They worked long and hard to make sure that my car was properly fixed, and it paid off!
The guys at EP Auto were able to find the answer to a problem that I have been trying to solve for several months . I had even taken it to the dealership and the dealership couldn’t find a solution. The people at EP Auto are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I have been using EP Auto for many…
I've used EP for years with all my cars. Totally trust their opinions, assessments and pricing. 100% recommend.
As usual the work was completed in a short time, I feel I could rely on them to repair any of my three cars with any problems. I have full confidence in their expertise! Val Lindsay
Our families have been using your company since you opened for business three generations we always save a lot of money & have peace of mind that our cars are safe thanks.
I needed my car towed to EP auto. They have a tow driver they work with and he was awesome. EP auto only had my car for one day. They were very fast getting the repairs done. Steve called me as soon as my car showed up to their shop. They were also quick to let me know what repairs needed to be done and got started…
They're skilled & trustworthy and I travel 2 hours to use them because no one near me compares. So grateful they were able to find and fix the electrical and a/c problems causing my engine to shut down. I'd been to other mechanics and they never could properly diagnose or fix the issue. Waste of money to go anywhere else!
They've done a great job with our cars and have been very upfront about cost of repairs, but recently they seem overwhelmed and you can't get an appointment within a week.
El servicio es muy profesional sinceramente los felicito
