I have had them do several repairs for me, I have always felt like I can trust them. They are friendly and do great work at a fair price. thanks guys.

The liftgate mechanism on my SUV failed. I drove into EP Auto and explained the problem. Within three days The part wasat the shop and the repair was completed in 20 Minutes. Great service. Very cordial mechanics and reasonable price

Brought my car down because I was having issues with my AC, they took a look and found the problem in no time and were able to fix it quickly. I was thoroughly impressed because it turned out to be a burnt out relay and connection wire. It's been working incredibly well since!

We trust EP auto and the work they do for us. We also love that they don’t have us do work that is not immediately necessary. Car repairs are expensive enough. It’s nice to not be hoodwinked in to doing more then needed.

I have been going to EP Auto for over 25 years, it's the only repair shop I use. Eric and his staff are always fantastic to work with. In spite of the 'holiday crush', Eric managed to squeeze my wheels into the shop. Taking into account the age and condition of my SUV, I was on the road again without feeling like I'd been overcharged for non-essential repairs.

Service was performed great. The younger guy, with curly hair, at the counter clearly was having a bad day or hates his job. He responded to every customer with annoyance. The older guy at the counter was nice and pleasant to everyone.

The job was done successfully and in good time. And they are very good to work with there.

Good info up front. Very convenient to leave my car overnight. Service done on time.

Eric and his team always do outstanding work. Work is always done, on-time, as quoted with no surprises. What I like best is the fact that I dont get pushed for extra work that my car doesn't need. Sometimes I've taken my car in for what turns out to be a simple diagnostic reset and they dont even charge me!

They're skilled & trustworthy and I travel 2 hours to use them because no one near me compares. So grateful they were able to find and fix the electrical and a/c problems causing my engine to shut down. I'd been to other mechanics and they never could properly diagnose or fix the issue. Waste of money to go anywhere else!

They've done a great job with our cars and have been very upfront about cost of repairs, but recently they seem overwhelmed and you can't get an appointment within a week.

EP Auto has handled our car repairs through 3 generation s now. They are reliable, do outstanding work, have great costumer service, and go above and beyond! I can't recommend highly enough since there are only 5 stars... because they deserve at least 10 stars! Highly recommend!!

Always a good experience

Reliable, efficient, honest. They do great work. Never had an issue they couldn’t handle. I credit them for me getting over 300K miles out of my 2005 minivan with the original engine, and it’s still going strong.
