Quick and honest. They’ll tell me if something can be held off being fixed a little longer to save me money and make me aware of things I didn’t realize were on the verge of breaking. They diagnosed and fixed a problem that our vehicle has had for years. I am so pleased with their work! They are quite busy so we had to book an appointment about two weeks in advance. But it was worth it.

I have trust issues with mechanics. E&P has proven honest to me for several years now. This last trip they code is pulled said I needed a new turbocharger. They rechecked it and said I just needed a clean up and refresher. Could of hung me for couple of grand, did the job for 225. Excellent service.

Eric is the best! He saved me $1840 by properly diagnosing and replacing a couple of parts connected to my headlight when the dealership wanted to charge me $2000 to replace the entire assembly. I’ve been to Eric several times for various cars. Top service every time.

Everyone from my work has been using EP for 20 years +, excellent service every time. Fast, fair, and honest.

35 years with EP Auto as our car technicians. They have always provided value and they are respectful. Recently had a problem with electrical and had to have our car towed to EP. Quickly diagnosed that week needed a new battery. Quick turnaround time. We were in and out in 45 minutes.

I can always count on excellent service. They are not just excellent mechanics. They are some of my best friends. They take care of my vehicle as if it was their own. I couldn’t ask for better service. I have said it before and it is the same for my most recent service. Top notch all the way.

I was very pleased with my experience with EP Auto. Other shops could not (or, I think would not) find the issue, but EP Auto found the problem and fixed it for less than they quoted me! Two big thumbs up!

I have had EP service my vehicles for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their service and attention that they give my vehicles!

Short and sweet just how i like it. Had my bronco towed there, told me i had bought the wrong part, they got me the right part truck was done a day or two later came by and grabbed it. Quick and clean, Also they always answered the phone as well. Scheduled a second appointment to get some more stuff done with the same vehicle.

It is a busy place, so plan in advance for an appointment. The owner Eric Patton is smart, efficent and the most honest and mechanic on the planet. I highly recommend EP Auto at my own discomfort in getting my car and truck in for service. Been going to EP for three decades.

Once again EP Auto was excellent for all we needed. They changed the oil, did the Emission Inspection and we got four new tires for a great price. Great place! Fast, honest, quality work. They are experts on Chevy Volt! The dealer quoted me 1500, EP did it for a few hundred. No up selling, I trust these folks a lot. Eric and Steve were great. If your Chevy Volt has a “service high voltage charging” message, they can fix it!

EP auto is very thorough in finding the root cause of a problem and fixing it vs. shotgunning an issue and throwing parts at it until it is fixed. Highly recommend.

We have been going here for a few years and other family members. This is the best place to get work done. They are very honest and do the job right.

Originally had my repair done at a Toyota Dealer while driving out of town. The Toyota fix failed after 2 days. Took it to EP Auto and they fixed it for for good using the right parts. Did a fantastic job at less than 1/2 the price. Very honest and reliable.

My engine was Miss-firing and the mechanics over at EPAuto found the problem and ordered OEM parts, and tested it and made sure that everything was running the way it should. They even doubled checked it. EPAuto was professional and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing.
