Quick and honest. They’ll tell me if something can be held off being fixed a little longer to save me money and make me aware of things I didn’t realize were on the verge of breaking. They also make sure I’m okay paying for fixes before doing them. My family has been going to them for decades for good reason!

EP does a great job. They identified the issue quickly, fixed it quickly, and provided up front prices. They always take great care of me and my cars. Update: they performed the recommended 60K mile transmission service for far less money than the dealership wanted. I highly recommend EP!

All staff were excellent in answering any questions and being very transparent on all aspects of the repair. Very nice to find a humble honest mechanic I didn’t think that there were any left until going here.
