Excellent service

Michael Dressen is always professional and willing to go the extra mile for his clients!

I am completely satisfied with their service. I have had an ant problem for years and since I have been using their service I finally have no ants. It feels wonderful not seeing those little black ants running around. I absolutely recommend using this company any the services they offer.

Although I haven't interacted personally with Greg very much - as he comes when I'm not home, I like their service. We mainly face ant issues from time to time, and most of the year, thanks to their service, the ants stay at bay. If we do have an inside ant invasion, they do come to the house and spray. Good service! Very friendly company.

We’ve had our services with this Epic, and they have been great. They’re always professional, dependable, and do a thorough job each time they come out to spray. We really appreciate their consistency and how easy they are to work with. It gives us peace of mind knowing our pest control is being handled regularly… Read full review

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. They come by regularly to spray and I haven’t had any problems with ants or other bugs since they started spraying. They also took care of a wasps nest that I had as well.

I came to Epic 2 or 3 years ago, after my other guy retired. I really did not think any other person or company could match the service I had but I was wrong. Epic is dependable, courteous And they get the job done ALL the time!! They are great at letting me know when they will be here and they are always able to… Read full review

EPIC has been spraying our house for years. They have great communication and scheduling. They also have come back to treat our house for free between bimonthly appointments when we noticed ants. We recommend them.

Great reliable pest service. They also will handle any issues in between appointments. That really can make a difference when bugs get out of hand. Our insect and gopher issues are much better since the service started. Thanks Epic and your whole team.

Very happy with Epic pest. Reliable, reasonable, and effective. I use them for a quarterly service call.

Has always gone above and beyond to help with our pest control. Have been with them for years.

Greg and his team are on it! They know what they are doing and make sure the job is done. Nice not having bugs in the house and I haven’t seen one ever since we contacted Greg.

Love this company. I always get a text asking when they can come service and they are always on time and friendly. If I ever see anything between the time when they spray they will come out again. Just a great company. Very easy going. I rarely see any bugs in and around my house anymore.

They always provide great service, good communication, and are prompt. The owner personally came immediately when we had a cerpanter bee burrowing into our house and took care of the issue himself.

Hands down Epic has been the best pest service company I’ve ever used. I have tried all the big name companies and always had issues with pest returning and the prices were so high. I’ve been with Epic I would say 12-14 years and as a small business there customer service is superb and the technician are super nice.… Read full review

Love Epic Pest control! They’ve come help me get rid of interior & exterior ant raids & the mice & rats from the fields around us. Takes the time to do a good job & Greg is such an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff!

Epic Pest Management is by far the best company we have had for pest control. We have lived in Temecula since 2003 and been with Epic since 07/2015. We have tried a lot of other companies that fell short for what they charge for pest control services and the quality of their service. Epic’s Technicians do an… Read full review

This is a great company. They do a great service with the pest control, but they also do it with so much respect for my home and my schedule. The people who provide the service have wonderful manners, which is something that can be lacking in service industries at times. We’ve had their services them for 9 years.

Great at communicating what they are about when we first set up service. Definitely beats any of those door to door salesman that flood neighborhoods in the summer months. I chose them because I wanted a tech that knew our properties and our issues. Most of the other companies couldn’t promise that. They’ve sent… Read full review
