Cannot say enough of wonderful Erica. She was recommended by someone I don't necessarily trust anymore, but I couldn't cut her off due to my thoughts on how someone else conducts business. And I am so happy I didn't. I would have missed out! I was in a huge crunch and was upset about being rushed due to someone else's business deals. Erica made it ok and reminded me of why this was going to be ok. Erica got me everything I asked for from the seller. Talked through everything! Went to the courthouse for me!!!!
