Daniel was great! He explained everything thoroughly, was on time and on schedule, and consciousness of my home. We are extremely happy with our new heat pump! Every step in the process -- from the estimate to installation to servicing -- has been nothing short of flawless. This is a company that makes sure I understand all the details in order to get the most out of my new HVAC. If I ever move and need a new system, I'd make sure I call these folks.

Ty is amazing!

They were able to meet our budget, arrive next day, finish the job and leave it looking great. We replaced a Mr Cool mini split system with an upgraded Durastar system. Very pleased with the service and the results.

They were amazing. They cared about what I wanted. They explained everything as they worked on my house. They were very fast and efficient. They got done a day earlier. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with them. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys were on time, did a great job and cleaned everything up too. Everything was very easy, from the quote to installation all done in 2 days.

Can’t recommend these people enough. I had them out to do maintenance, when the technician got there, he let me know that the maintenance I requested was more than I needed, which saved me $100.

Fantastic price and stellar service!! Karol came out and did a fantastic job assessing my needs and the next day the crew was here. There was a problem with the mechanical permit approval but the staff at Essential fixed the issue and even upgraded my unit for no extra charge.

Excellent experience from first contact to last. Installed a mini-split and two heads in our vintage home. Everyone we communicated with was knowledgeable, courteous, and the team left our house clean, calm and CLIMATE CONTROLLED! Highly recommend, especially for such a substantial investment in your home. You won’t regret it.
