Received a new heat pump and furnace they were very professional and and reasonable.

Ty was very efficient explaining everything that needed to be done to the head unit of the heat pump.

Ty was very thorough. He explained everything very clearly including demonstrating cleaning filters, etc.

I called on a Monday for my 25 year old furnace that quit. I had a new fully operational furnace installed and running on Tuesday. It doesn't get any better than than. They showed me the evidence; it was convincing. I gave the go ahead. it was done.

Did everything they promised. Gave me a good price for a Mitsubishi mini-split system. Installers showed up when scheduled and banged out the job in the timeframe promised. Cleaned up after themselves and went over their work with me thoroughly.

Their technicians were great! Respectful of the property and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they provided their protective equipment especially my furnace is upstairs. Shoe covers and they clean up their work area.

Nazar did a great job servicing my heat pump. He took the time explaining the system and made suggestions on how to operate the system more efficiently.

We had Essential Heating and Air install a heat pump system last year, and we were very satisfied with all aspects of their work. They were professional and efficient and did a great job. We just had our 1 year service performed, and had a great experience with that as well. I would highly recommend them!

They technician was very professional and honest. They did rescheduled me 3 times, that's ok because I work from home.

Possible gas leak; inspected connections since we had it installed 3 months ago. No issues with the HVAC system.

Marcello was communicative, arrived on time a did a thorough job. Didn’t try to upsell anything and was totally focused on servicing our Furnace

I’ve had great experiences with essential heating and air, from the install of a new furnace and AC last year, to the annual maintenance and inspection services this year. Our HVAC stopped working after 3 months, called to have it repaired and the tech came out and said it needed to have a part replaced…it’s now been almost 2 months and our system is running off emergency heat- no call or update from this company I’ve called 3 times and get the same response… Read full review
