Did what they said they would, when they would, and for how much. Pleasent to work with.

Received a new heat pump and furnace they were very professional and and reasonable.

Ty diagnosed the furnace and gave a few options for repair. Very well details on explaining the issue. I highly recommend Ty (very knowledgeable) and the Essential Heating and Air.

Nazar was most kind and gracious and patient with me. There seems to be some sort of small problem deep in my system and he was totally honest with me about it. I highly recommend this young man. He has great potential.

Cameron did a fantastic job ! He walked us through everything, fixed the problem and was very thorough ! Essential heating and air is the best and I highly recommend them !

Prompt estimate. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable installers. Reasonably priced for a complex system of the installation of three heat pumps. Ten year warranty of labor and parts is a definite plus.

Repair was accomplished easily under warranty

Andrew came out on the day that the wall control unit went out and fixed it right away. He was courteous and professional. Thank you Andrew!

Excellent service team. Prompt, professional, honest, comprehensive.

I thought Christian was very good at explaining and answering all the questions we had about the possibility of installing an AC unit, the difference between duct vs ductless, and the cost breakdown. No hard selling whatsoever.

The young man, who did the work was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem and the price was reasonable.

Had my heat pump replaced a year ago, and less than a year later the AC stopped working. We notified them of this in May and they had someone come out to look at it as it was still under warranty. It is now almost August and the unit is STILL not fixed, they are claiming they are unable to source the part. Their… Read full review

Great team that came out and installed my new system. Both Guys had a last name of Roman and they were excellent to work with. They kept me informed of each step on the installation. Very neat and clean and they vacuumed the room when they were finished. My HVAC was tested before they left and assured me that someone would come out if anything went wrong.

Shante was great at explaining what was needed and the cost. Answered my questions and provided a couple of estimates for an AC system that could connect to our HVAC system. They came over to adjust my system with these hot days. We’ve been having in June already to wear it. It’s running more efficiently the system they installed first of this year.

Ty is great very professional and have all the knowledge doing his job.

Had a technician come in and tell us how to clean one of our filters so that we won’t have any future problems. He was very nice and good at explaining what was wrong in practical terms. I think he is going to adopt one of my kittens which should add a 6 star.

We had our split units installed about a year ago and I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. Now we had to service one of the unites, and again, I was impressed. I reached out to Ryan after 9pm expecting a response in the morning. Instead, I immediately got a response and an appointment… Read full review
