Prompt estimate. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable installers. Reasonably priced for a complex system of the installation of three heat pumps. Ten year warranty of labor and parts is a definite plus.

I thought Christian was very good at explaining and answering all the questions we had about the possibility of installing an AC unit, the difference between duct vs ductless, and the cost breakdown. No hard selling whatsoever.

Great team that came out and installed my new system. Both Guys had a last name of Roman and they were excellent to work with. They kept me informed of each step on the installation. Very neat and clean and they vacuumed the room when they were finished. My HVAC was tested before they left and assured me that someone would come out if anything went wrong.

Shante was great at explaining what was needed and the cost. Answered my questions and provided a couple of estimates for an AC system that could connect to our HVAC system. They came over to adjust my system with these hot days. We’ve been having in June already to wear it. It’s running more efficiently the system they installed first of this year.

Ty is great very professional and have all the knowledge doing his job.

Had a technician come in and tell us how to clean one of our filters so that we won’t have any future problems. He was very nice and good at explaining what was wrong in practical terms. I think he is going to adopt one of my kittens which should add a 6 star.

Simon came out and fixed our AC . It has not ran right since the install. All of the technicians have been awesome! But I think Simon got it adjusted right!

Simon was on time, professional and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions while he was working. I appreciated that every time he came into the house he put his booties on! He didn’t even laugh too much when I got attacked by bees! (We both had a chuckle after)

My new,system was not working. The tech arrived and worked 2.5 hours throughly fixing and testing the system. Very polite and friendly

Great experience with Essential! We had issues with our furnace/heat-pump running incorrectly. Cameron was our service tech. He was very professional and explained our problems clearly. He got it fixed quickly and gave great advice and instruction on how to run it properly. We will be choosing Essential again for all of our HVAC needs!
