Daniel was great! He explained everything thoroughly, was on time and on schedule, and consciousness of my home. We are extremely happy with our new heat pump! Christian was also amazing and helped guide us through our options and provided all the information we asked for and more! Thank you for your excellent service!
Awesome job, highly recommend 👏
Essential Heat and Air gave us a very good quote on installing a new heat pump. They were quick to install by next day, very thorough, professional and had it all installed and running in one day. We were thrilled by the efficiency. Also very good guarantees on service and equipment. We are happily ready for Winter. Vivienne and Gary.
Great price. Mine was a big job from 8am to 11pm out with one heavy oil burning furnace and a really old heat pump in New York heat pump and New York electric furnace. It pulled new wire for the power to the new furnace. They really covered it with a lot of guys at one time there was five guys there working looks good.
Great, efficient installation with respectful workers. Cleaned up very well after themselves and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
They came early and got to work. Added wiring to my electric panel and new breakers, put in a new heat pump which really looks great, took out the old furnace and put in a new one and they made sure everything was working properly and then they showed me how to operate the system. I was very impressed with the job…
the installation crew were amazing and did everything with care and precision. my hat is off especially to the electrician and the way he managed to work with the lath and plaster and the old sheetrock in the ceiling in and old bedroom. if I ever need any electrical work done I would ask for him. thank you.
Sebastian is fantastic and an obvious expert at his profession. Very good customer service and personality. Your lucky to have him.
Kevin was an exceptional sales rep. Knowledgeable, responsive, respectful. The crew did a great job on a new furnace and hot water heater, heat pump install, old ducting replacement, and electrical panel upgrade. Very happy, highly recommend.
Dan, Omar, and Zane. Spent the entire day replacing our old furnace and installing ac. They were respectful of our home and property. It has been a great experience starting with Taylor the salesman to the great installers. We highly recommend them and Essential Heating.

Great job!!
I was on vacation during the month of the Heat Pump and Furnace installation, so I had plenty of time to do research, get quotes, and analyze what HVAC companies had to offer. By far, Essential Heating & Air was better in every area I cared about; the cost, timeline, brand, guarantees, and maintenance program were…
The technicians were absolutely professionals. Got it done in 7 hrs completed. I was impressed. Installed and cleaned up and was working as it should. Thank you Essential for training them so well !! Bruce Aubrey 🙂

Essential Heating /Air was definitely the best choice for us. We met Ryan to discuss our needs. Ryan provided us with some great options. The install team was scheduled the next day, they were on time and did a great job getting the new system installed. The next day Cameron , the service tech from Essential…
TL;DR - Nice people, good intentions, and they know HVAC but with poor execution and VERY poor communication. I'd look elsewhere if I had to do it all over again. I'm torn about this review because I've dealt with some very nice folks, especially the service person that has made a couple visits to my house. Insanely…
Great service, great work. We are beyond happy for our new furnace and heat pump installed by Essential. I made the best decision by having these guys install. Looking forward to winter! 😀
All the technicians were polite, hard working and just amazing! Due to mild temps I haven’t really used either my furnace or ac; but have confidence that they will work great as the Essential team is great.
They were amazing. They cared about what I wanted. They explained everything as they worked on my house. They were very fast and efficient. They got done a day earlier. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with them. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent service, great commitment and communication. Great job!!! Kameron, the tech, explained all information of the units so we could make an excellent choice. Thank you for completing the job as promised, and working with our old home from 1930 to make it more comfortable for my daughter with a rare diagnosis that can’t regulate her body temperature it was essential (pun intended) that we have a heating and cooling system. They explained everything, and when the guys…

They were super fast, efficient and pleasant. We felt like like price for a new furnace and heat pump was very fair and the job was done within 3 days of our first interaction.
a great guy to work with. He got right down to business and isolated the issue and then fix the issue and taught me a few things on how to control the new heat pump and make it play nice with others like my gas furnace.
