I notice my heat pump is running non-stop during the freezing temperature despite having a backup heat strip. They come to check the system and found the setting to turn on the heat strip is set way too low. Looking forward to have a more efficient and lower electricity bill.
I was skeptical in investing in a AC unit nor could I afford it. So I thought. Ryan convince me after juggling some numbers, researched some savings I was able to settle on a $$$ I could afford. Then they came in and the the unit up and running the next day.
This was definitely an above and beyond situation! Our technician, Kevin, did an excellent job identifying the root cause of our furnace issue, and walked us through the options and all the adjustments that were made. Excellent service!

Promotional heater tune-up/inspection was an incredible value. Had inquired about Smart thermostat install and given a price range that made sense. Actual quote at site was more than triple. Seems to be some communication issues between phone and field. Technician was fantastic and highly professional.
