Great price. Mine was a big job from 8am to 11pm out with one heavy oil burning furnace and a really old heat pump in New York heat pump and New York electric furnace. It pulled new wire for the power to the new furnace. They really covered it with a lot of guys at one time there was five guys there working looks good.

They came early and got to work. Added wiring to my electric panel and new breakers, put in a new heat pump which really looks great, took out the old furnace and put in a new one and they made sure everything was working properly and then they showed me how to operate the system. The outside shutoff switch for my new AC/Heat pump is arcing. 12 hours after the install was finished, the AC stopped blowing cold air. The wife and I love the new system. Heat when you want it and cool when you want it. The guy's that installed it were fantastic and answered all my questions I put to them. Simon came out and fixed our AC . It has not ran right since the install. All of the technicians have been awesome! But I think Simon got it adjusted right!

Great company to work with. The project manager/estimator was very honest and kept to the agreement of all services offered. One thing I liked was they offered to beat any competitors' price and they had next day installation.

Amazing from start to finish. Hard working techs and amazing service. Can not recommend this company enough! I am extremely satisfied and happy.

On initial installation it turned out that the furnace had two faulty parts. When the parts were found to be at least two months out they replaced my brand new furnace within three days. Polite helpful installers and all representatives of the company as well. Definitely will recommend to any and all.

Christian was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He told me all that needed to be done and we were fortunate that the pricing was within the range I needed. I appreciated Essentials flexibility.

Essential gets it right. The project was very well coordinated and prompt. Everyone was friendly and sociable. I received the equipment I requested and the performance has so far exceeded my expectations.

Anytime a tech ran into an issue, from where to run electrical or my personal preferences for how the unit was positioned in my attic, they came to me and asked for my input. Happy with the install job for the most part but they knocked a light fixture down in our garage on the ceiling (light itself was fine) and they didn't put it back even though the contract said they would clean up. Well i had a in home quote done on feb 16th, the guys came out on time to do the install feb 17th heat pump, furnace and thermostat.
