Quick response and great work
My call was on a heat pump installed last summer giving me an erroneous outdoor temp. They sent a technician out the next working day and he fixed it in less.than 5 minutes by moving the sensor to a spot where it wouldn't be hit with all day sun (a tree that used to shade to spot came down last winter.) It's reading correctly now. Thanks!

Update: finally got our repair done, which didn’t take long to do and Andrew was very knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure why we had to wait so long for the part but we are happy the wait is finally over and we are back to normal! Our HVAC stopped working after a few months, they sent a tech out and he blamed it…
