Do not stay here, it is a "luxury" place in the sense that nearly any place can add the word "luxury" to its name and be a luxury apartment complex. They use the classification to upcharge for everything without providing the specialized or concierge like services. They also like to avoid responsibility for everything so nothing ever gets resolved. The best service you will get from them is the in the days leading up to processing your application. Once you actually move in, that's it. They have washed their hands of you and your requests.

Let me just start by saying the staff here are absolutely phenomenal Tiana has Gone Above And Beyond to take care of every single concern and request that I have regarding the property, my unit maintenance You name it She’s an absolute rockstar at what she does I’ve had nothing but a positive experience being A resident here from The moment I called to inquire about the unit to the move-in it was a seamless process And as for the property itself, very clean ,maintenance And Upkeep is superb amenities are clean and always available It is a very calm and peaceful Complex And I am so happy that I found This place and very thankful to Tiana and her team For making sure that this property Functions at the highest level Possible and having genuine concern for the residence here They also throw more events for residence than I have seen at any other property So if you’re in the market, I highly recommend you make yourself a resident here at the estates!

My wife and I have lived here for going on 3 years and just resigned because of the excellent service, communication, and hospitality staff have provided. Anytime a new update or event is happening, the staff are sure to send out emails/texts about it in order for the whole community to be well informed. Sending them a quick email or simply going up to the office (so long as they’re open) they are quick to get us the help we need/answer any questions that come up. The experience of resigning was just as easy and straightforward, listing out exactly what we can expect and when. Side note- we were pretty worried about rent going up but we were able to resign for the same amount PLUS got an offer to stay. They are always willing to work with you and truly emulate great empathy, professionalism, and genuineness. The community amenities are also always well-maintained, and the maintenance team is incredibly quick to respond to any requests. Thanks to Tiana T. and the rest of the crew for making our first home together a truly wonderful time.

Rachel toured me she was amazing and truly won me over for moving here. Vinny assisted with answering a million of my questions and always following up with any shared concerns! Marc communicated and resolved my concerns with a timely manner and ongoing details of the resolution! Tiana has been so kind knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had! Honestly I’ve read the reviews and everyone has their own experience and so far mines had been amazing!
Great team & can’t wait to officially call this place my home!

I’ve lived here almost a year and I absolutely love it! From the beginning, Vinny made the leasing process very smooth and stress free. Tianna and Mark has been highly professional and very kind to me my entire time living here. The property is beautiful and quiet and there haven’t been any instances of conflict I’ve seen. I’ve met very kind and warm neighbors that live next to me. The complex is gated and the gates are always working which makes it feel safer. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues happening in the home. It’s been a wonderful experience and I plan on renewing my lease! I’m grateful to have chosen this place to call my home!
