Ruben, Carlos, and Que were very quick and efficient in installing my new AC and Furnace! Ruben did a great job at explaining everything to me after the install! Also Leverne was great at getting us the estimate very quickly and getting it installed next day!
Years ago may have been great service, installed my HVAC fine, but as a service and maintenance company they are completely lacking. 300% markup on parts, pushing services heavy handed. Just had a $2300 service repair, full of add-ons, yet nothing solved the actual problem I called the service ticket for. Fool me…
Have been doing business with Estes for a few years. I have their plumbing and HVAC plan and recently my HVAC went out. They were able to send Donovan & Hunter to resolve my issues. Thanks guys!
9/30/2026 Update: Exceptional Customer Service. Wanted to reach out to commend Jacob and Cody, and thank them for a Job Well Done. They followed through with the over and above service that we have grown accustomed to working with Estes! Cody’s team was here first thing this morning, Frank, Chris, Trevor and Jay,…
Lee Smith was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took time to answer all my questions and able to get me a quote. Would highly recommend.
The people answering the emergency number are not helpful or seem to understand basic concepts about how the utilities in a home work.
My AC unit shut off and I was able to get a same day appointment with Estes. The service provider, Lee Smith, was courteous and explained what went wrong with my unit in an easy to understand manner. This was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend Estes and Lee, in particular.
I had a great experience with Micah. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and replaced the capacitor. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his…
Been using Estes for years and they haven't let me down yet when others in the city have. Today Jared and Byron installed a complete heat pump solution in my unit and did as fine a job as ever.
Lee was very professional and quick with my ac repairs. Great service.
Called Estes this afternoon and service man came right out. Lee Steward was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He found our noise problem. Motor speed problem, water drain problem. Everything was fixed and my wife and I are very happy.
Prompt, no up selling, efficient and reasonable priced.
Ruben and Josh were great. Very professional, did a great job explaining their work, and were on time.
Had a full attic replacement of all supply and return duct work and had the plenum replaced. Trevor, Jaythan, Ruben, Josh W, and Que were outstanding. They arrived on time, were very professional, did an outstanding installation, and cleaned up all areas. They also did the work well ahead of the estimated time.…
Had an excellent experience with our technician, Ryan Bolson. He was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt completely confident that our HVAC system was in good hands. You can really tell this is a family owned business that takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I called Estes to schedule my yearly AC unit inspection. The operator offered to send someone the next day due to another customer’s cancellation. I declined and chose a date later in the week. As soon as I hung up the phone, we noticed that the unit stopped cooling. I immediately called Estes back to see if the…
Lee is so kind & professional! I’m very happy with the services he provided & I’ve definitely found our future HVAC guy. We definitely will be paying the yearly membership to prevent this from ever happening again that’s for sure!
