Been using Estes for years and they haven't let me down yet when others in the city have. Today Jared and Byron installed a complete heat pump solution in my unit and did as fine a job as ever.

Estes Heating and Air Conditioning did a fall system maintenance check. The technician arrived on time, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He replaced the filter at no additional charge. He answered all our questions, and was careful to keep the floors clean by wearing plastic booties.
Estes always sends qualified workers who resolve any problem or concern I may have about my heating and cooling systems. They are prompt in arriving, explain what was done, and are courteous and efficient with the work. I am pleased.
The technician was friendly and offered excellent customer service.
Furnace stop blowing heat on Jan 26 before svc repre came and restarted. It was checked and hot water heater was lighted. No charge.

Today my furnace was inspected by tech, Hunter. He provided explanation on opportunity to improve performance of the system. In addition, inspections of plumbing and electrical systems were provided by other techs. Three inspections were accomplished in a three hour window.

Calling and setting an appointment was very easy. The repair guy was able to come out the same day, however he located the problem and set an appointment with a plumber. The plumber came out the next day and saw what the issue with my heating was. He was able to fix the issue in less than 30 mins and now I have heat in my condo!

I had a new furnace installed over the summer. When I went to turn it on during the first few cold days of winter it would not start. The two men installing it did not secure the furnace wires to my thermostat. Johnathan who came to fix the wiring was great. However, the initial installation quality is very frustrating.
