Lee Steward came out to check on a mystery leak in my home, as I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing issue or an HVAC problem. He was fantastic! Lee was able to find the source of the leak very quickly, determining right away that it was a plumbing issue. I really appreciate his fast, honest, and helpful service. I…
Been using Estes for years and they haven't let me down yet when others in the city have. Today Jared and Byron installed a complete heat pump solution in my unit and did as fine a job as ever.
Lee is so kind & professional! I’m very happy with the services he provided & I’ve definitely found our future HVAC guy. We definitely will be paying the yearly membership to prevent this from ever happening again that’s for sure!
Trever, Jaxthan, Ruben, and Josh exhibited exceptional professionalism during the installation of the Rheem HVAC system at the Watkins residence. Their courteous demeanor throughout the entire process was truly commendable. The team's dedication to not only removing the old system but also expertly installing the…
Wow! Jared and Byron from Estes did exemplary work on installing my new Carrier Infinity 23 heat pump system. And they did it on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, which was so generous and kind that I am at a loss for words. The Lennox unit that came with my house was only six years old and it failed while I was…

Great techs. Very professional and thorough. Jason and his team (Jered M., Kareem, and Trevor) worked quickly to replace our old AC unit.
Este company sent someone out immediately after taking my information. The technician was courtesy, respectful, attentive to my concerns, and professional in his evaluation. I will definitely be recommending this company to my neighbors.
We had a new HVAC system replaced today. Lead installer Jered Moore and install helper Trevor Rhone did an excellent job. They were very professional, clean, and kept us informed on everything they were doing. Our system is working perfectly and we very please. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!
Thank you for your help to update our homes' HVAC systems. From start to finish, I feel we were treated well. Laverne began with a thorough and detailed assessment of our three systems. We knew they were old and may need to be replaced. Laverne confirmed that with a comprehensive assessment. He didnt just say…

Awesome customer service. We've been using Estes at my home for over 3 years and my place of business for even longer. First class company all the way!!
This company has been my choice for plumbing, heating and AC. I highly recommended them.
Brad and Brandon were phenomenal!! My unit was leaking into the return air box and was filling it up with water, needed a filter rack (filter slot was bent from previous installer and filters were getting sucked into the unit), not enough return air coming in, and supply ducts that were pinched off. So many…
Marcus and Bryan showed up on time and installed our new heating and a/c system quickly and professionally. Unit has been running fine since we got our new unit.
The guys from Estes were great! They showed up right on time and worked hard throughout the day. Everything works great and we appreciate the professionalism and their desire to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks to Jered, Trevor, & Kyle for the great work!
The tech that came to our house Brayden Rush provided Excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable.
I have always had really good experiences with Estes and today was no different. I had a hole in my refrigerant line that was inaccessible from the attic. Alex, Tristian, and Josh came out and spent the entire day diagnosing the issue and then pinpointing the leak. By doing such careful measuring and prep work…
The technician was on time, competent, answered my questions, and was very pleasant! Could not have been a better experience.
Prompt and responsive, Estes has been providing quality of service at fair cost for our three locations in GA. They are great to work with, thorough and professional. Highly recommend Estes to anyone with HVAC needs.
they say you get what you pay for, that came true for us when we worked with Estes. Had a new AC unit installed by a different company, and let alone the unprofessionalism that the company showed, the system stopped working in just 1 day. then we contacted Estes, which we should have done earlier. It was a…
My husband and I just moved into our house in July and heard through word of mouth to use Estes for our heating/air maintenance. We called them out for maintenance and other issues we were noticing with one of our units. Justin Hancock was incredible! He was so knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He took the…
Do not use. They have been out twice and the a/c is still not working. They try to upsale/recommend/scare you into getting more expensive work done. I hope I don’t have to fight them to cancel my service contract. I don’t trust them at all.
I had some serious A/C problems. Unit kept blowing fuses and A/C would shut down. Several repair guys came out (different HVAC companies), but could not fix the system. Estes (I have a service agreement with them) finally sent me Erick H. and he did an excellent repair job that no one else could figure out. It's…
Jason Conger quickly figured out the issue with our heating and air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!
Horrible! Rep's go to school for 2 years? Well, They came out TWICE! IT'S A NEw system by them, 2 YRS.old.. I SAT IN THE COLD FOR ALMOST A MONTH! Then he said I need a new pump. Now over $500! This company is getting Rich!
I purchased and had installed a new Carrier HVAC system on November 30. It failed to heat when I turned it on a week after installment. I requested help because my wife and I (both over 75 years of age) were cold and because of COVID-19 we did not want to risk having to look for accommodations elsewhere at such a…
Empathetic Company...They show that they care. We used Estes for the first time this year when our A/C went out in June and it was 80-90 degree weather outside. Estes was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They installed our A/C and a new wifi thermostat and we were very pleased with the service. A…
Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with his service!
