I had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer this morning to address several maintenance needs for our home. She was tremendously courteous, helpful, detailed oriented, and patient which allowed me to get all the answers to my questions in a timely manner. She’s definitely an asset to have on the front lines talking with customers!
Absolutely, great services
Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions on ways our unit could function better for us. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy but instead said to call whenever we were ready. Hunter was delightful!
I love all of my experiences with Estes Heating and Air, especially my most recent with Aaron Thomas. He was courteous, professional in his approach and cleaned up after the installation. I will definitely recommend Estes to any one of my family/friends who will require their services.
