Ruben, Carlos, and Que were very quick and efficient in installing my new AC and Furnace! Ruben did a great job at explaining everything to me after the install! Also Leverne was great at getting us the estimate very quickly and getting it installed next day!
Years ago may have been great service, installed my HVAC fine, but as a service and maintenance company they are completely lacking. 300% markup on parts, pushing services heavy handed. Just had a $2300 service repair, full of add-ons, yet nothing solved the actual problem I called the service ticket for. Fool me…
Have been doing business with Estes for a few years. I have their plumbing and HVAC plan and recently my HVAC went out. They were able to send Donovan & Hunter to resolve my issues. Thanks guys!
9/30/2026 Update: Exceptional Customer Service. Wanted to reach out to commend Jacob and Cody, and thank them for a Job Well Done. They followed through with the over and above service that we have grown accustomed to working with Estes! Cody’s team was here first thing this morning, Frank, Chris, Trevor and Jay,…
Lee Smith was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took time to answer all my questions and able to get me a quote. Would highly recommend.
The people answering the emergency number are not helpful or seem to understand basic concepts about how the utilities in a home work.
My AC unit shut off and I was able to get a same day appointment with Estes. The service provider, Lee Smith, was courteous and explained what went wrong with my unit in an easy to understand manner. This was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend Estes and Lee, in particular.
I had a great experience with Micah. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and replaced the capacitor. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his…
Been using Estes for years and they haven't let me down yet when others in the city have. Today Jared and Byron installed a complete heat pump solution in my unit and did as fine a job as ever.
Lee was very professional and quick with my ac repairs. Great service.
Called Estes this afternoon and service man came right out. Lee Steward was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He found our noise problem. Motor speed problem, water drain problem. Everything was fixed and my wife and I are very happy.
Prompt, no up selling, efficient and reasonable priced.
Ruben and Josh were great. Very professional, did a great job explaining their work, and were on time.
Had a full attic replacement of all supply and return duct work and had the plenum replaced. Trevor, Jaythan, Ruben, Josh W, and Que were outstanding. They arrived on time, were very professional, did an outstanding installation, and cleaned up all areas. They also did the work well ahead of the estimated time.…
Had an excellent experience with our technician, Ryan Bolson. He was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt completely confident that our HVAC system was in good hands. You can really tell this is a family owned business that takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I called Estes to schedule my yearly AC unit inspection. The operator offered to send someone the next day due to another customer’s cancellation. I declined and chose a date later in the week. As soon as I hung up the phone, we noticed that the unit stopped cooling. I immediately called Estes back to see if the…
Lee is so kind & professional! I’m very happy with the services he provided & I’ve definitely found our future HVAC guy. We definitely will be paying the yearly membership to prevent this from ever happening again that’s for sure!
Jonah with Estes was incredibly professional and helped repair our HVAC that flooded our ceiling the same day. He was courteous, on time, and went above and beyond. We would absolutely work with Estes again.
Cris Cleveland came out to service our HVAC system. 5 star customer service.
Loves this company! Our technician, Tristen, is professional, thorough, and kind.
Trever, Jaxthan, Ruben, and Josh exhibited exceptional professionalism during the installation of the Rheem HVAC system at the Watkins residence. Their courteous demeanor throughout the entire process was truly commendable. The team's dedication to not only removing the old system but also expertly installing the…
Trevor and Jaythan were very professional. They were on time and ready to work. They took the time to explain everything to me.
I had been a loyal customer of this company for nearly 20 years, which made this experience even more disappointing. During a recent service call, I was told that my HVAC system had a failed inverter that was supposedly out of warranty. I was presented with an expensive diagnosis that would have led me to replace my…
Very detailed technician!!!
I purchased an HVAC system from another company 4 years ago and have had issues with it requiring repairs each year since then. Rather than calling them back again this year to fix yet another problem, I decided to call Estes. I am so happy I did. They responded quickly, kept me updated on technician arrival, and…
Estes services sent Salim to my home to do a repair on my HVAC system. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He completed the work in a timely manor. Great job Salim!

Jonah and Blake came and fixed my non-working AC. They were very pleasant, professional, and efficient.
Victor was great. Honestly went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Carlos and Que for AC installation. From start to finish, they demonstrated outstanding workmanship. They were incredibly respectful and courteous throughout the morning. Their attention to detail to secure the work area to protect surrounding furniture was also impressive. Professional, clean, and top-tier service.
Thomas did an excellent job in servicing my ac-unit. He was very professional and educated me too! I highly recommend Thomas.
The appointment was scheduled promptly (on a weekend no less ) and the technician clearly explained the issue and next steps to repair the HVAC unit.
Great service - fast, reliable, and extremely helpful.
When the HVAC system went down in our home on the weekend, Cody and Jonah were highly responsive. They sent out a service technician on Sunday to identify the problem, and our system was repaired and back on-line by Monday afternoon.
I have been using Estes for a few months now .The service is excellent from the ladies in the office , the sales team and the field tech provide clear detailed service. I had a new system installed on Saturday by Ruben and Josh. They were very professional and Ruben was very thorough in explaing the operation of the…
Estes saved my AC system. They sent a technician, Brayden Rush, who was very smart and skilled. He was able to repair my system, when other companies said it couldn't be done. I will only use Estes for future services.
The service was excellent, the guys who came out, did a great job.
Jonah was knowledgeable and courteous and was able to quickly diagnose and fix our HVAC issue. I also appreciated the follow up call the next day.
Wow! Jared and Byron from Estes did exemplary work on installing my new Carrier Infinity 23 heat pump system. And they did it on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, which was so generous and kind that I am at a loss for words. The Lennox unit that came with my house was only six years old and it failed while I was…
Did a great job. Highly recommend
No air conditioning when I woke up. Estes sent out a Tech. Quickly who was able to get me back in business.
We’ve had this technician multiple times now and he’s always courteous, knowledgeable, and informs us of what’s going on.

Jonah was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem really quick
Brayden Rush is a true standout—his attention to detail and dedication made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to him, my HVAC is running better than ever and I’m comfortable in my home again. I highly recommend Estes Services and would definitely ask for Brayden Rush by name next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great customer service and support! ✌️
Quick at identifying and resolving the issue we were experiencing with our HVAC drain line and installed new safety switches to prevent this type of issue happening in the future.
After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I can honestly say this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of accountability, communication, and proper repairs from this company is completely unacceptable. Back in May 2025, your technicians came…
We had an awesome experience with Estes! Jordan is a great tech, and even better golfer!
Had a great experience with Estes. Jonah was the gentleman that fixed my unit and was a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. He got everything fixed pretty quickly and made the whole process easy. I typically don’t leave reviews but this young man was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.…
Paul is amazing! He did a wonderful job.
Brayden arrived to my home, 10 mins later he had both units upstairs and downstairs fixed. He went over all my options, helped saved me money, he was polite, a keen sense of attention to detail, and an all around great guy. Thank you Brayden, I could not be more grateful sir.
Micah was very helpful and informative! Highly recommend him for any HVAC services. 10/10
JONAH MCCLURE did a great job fixing our a/c when it was not working properly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was very friendly. I would definitely ask for him to return for any future work. ESTES is a great company to use for your services.
Jesus came to my condo and was professional, efficient, kind, and a great listener and problem solver. He has to be one of the best technicians for sure. Thank you to Jesus and Estes!
Great service in a timely manner. Brayden was very punctual and professional. Highly recommend.
Brayden serviced my house and was very knowledgeable and patient! He did an outstanding job. Thanks.
Warranty repair on A/C. Marcus and Donald handled a difficult Evaporating Coil replacement on A/C system. Repair was under Carrier warranty but was labor intensive and they did a great job.
My AC unit stopped working, I spoke to Joanna and she was able to set up my appointment in timely manner.
Thank you Brayden for amazing services! He was very thorough.
Brayden was extremely helpful and honest during our repairs. I greatly appreciated his communication and professionalism.
Brayden was such a big help and was decisive and persistent in finding the issue. Thanks a lot, had my A/C up and going in no time!
We had Ruben and Josh for an install yesterday 5/5/26, and they were a pleasure to have in our home. They were punctual, extremely polite and professional, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the install was done. They were also very attentive to our needs, as I’m recovering from a broken leg…
Ashley B. Is amazing. Always excellent customer service and makes sure that scheduling process is super easy!
Estes is the best. From the nice lady Kaitlyn who answers the phone to all the techs. I always recommend them to my friends
Tristan (Noah) was very informative and honest about the needs of our HVAC repair. He clearly communicated all of our options and left us feeling confident in our solutions. Ashley B was also helpful in getting someone out to us quickly. This was a great experience!
Excellent service, and professionalism from team on both ends, look forward to future time when I can call upon them.
I had a great experience working with Jacob Dendy from Estes Services. He was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new heating and air unit that fit both my budget and efficiency needs. The installation was scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge plus. The technicians who came out were professional and…
Carlos and Q were excellent. They were on-time, fixed my A/C, and were respectful to my home and property. I couldn't be more pleased.
Jared&Byron did a great job on installing my Hvac system.
We have been with Estes since 1991; at our prior residents and now at our present home. When you call, the staff is always courteous and helpful. We recently had to replace our AC system due to age and malfunction. Marcus and Rubin are the techs that came out and did the replacement. They know their stuff and…
Extremely satisfied with the work Fray and Chris H.of Estes did on my mother’s home. They went way above and beyond to make sure her new HVAC system was installed properly! I highly recommend them! Very satisfied customer!
Estes recently installed a new HVAC system for me. Our AC was out and they were able to schedule the replacement very quickly. The installers Jared and Byron were fantastic, friendly and super efficient. They finished in about four hours. Wow!
Ruben, Carlos, Que, and Jacob were friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am very glad we used Estes to replace our HVAC unit.
Pricing isn’t consistent at all—it varies depending on the day and which technician shows up. For the exact same repair on a Carrier unit installed by the same builder at the same time (coil replacement, labor only), I was quoted four times more than a friend.
