Carlos and Brandyn were super professional and arrived in the window promised. They were respectful of our home by wearing shoe booties and covering the carpet path with a sheet during installation and disposal (super appreciative). The system works great thus far and the new thermostats have brought us into the 21st century.

There was no damage to the walls in the stairwells and they cleaned up after they were done. It went much smoother than I thought it would go. I will ask for this team again when we need another unit replaced.
