Yep another one of those stupid viruses that brought in another 15 programs with it and throwing up pop ups every 4 seconds on an Android those are very common I do five or 10 of those a week sure wish Google would get with the program but it makes me look smart thanks for taking the time to help other people with your experience with my company God bless you and have a great weekend

E-Tech Solutions is great! Do not hesitate to stop in and see if Jerry can help you! I took in an iPhone that was dropped and ran over by several cars. My screen was obliterated! Jerry replaced my screen and sent me on my way within 10 mins! Easy! Unfortunately, I had some issues in the coming days and weeks with my Face ID not working correctly and my battery running low quickly. This eventually progressed to a black spot on my screen and the entire left side stopped working. I returned to E-Tech, and Jerry replaced my screen with a new different screen free of charge. All my issues have resolved and my phone is now working as it was prior to the initial drop! Fantastic customer service! Jerry listened to exactly what was going wrong and had several
options of ways we could try to fix the problem. He was able to change out my malfunctioning screen within minutes and I appreciate that level of responsiveness and service.

Thank you Staci, I work hard to try and make sure that there are no problems and this is a good example all I ever ask of people if there's any problem please let me know give me a chance to fix it and make it right but some people just put out a one-star review because they're scared that I'm going to attack them you did exactly what I asked when there was a problem you let me know and allowed me to take care of it so that my customer walks away happy and it's just a chance for me to make a customer for life out of you God bless you thank you for being a good human and part of our family thanks again

My screen on my Samsung stopped working so we went to consumer Cellular my wife and I and they referred us to Jerry at etech he said he had a screen and could replace it for $150 so we came in and he started working on our phone spent about 20 minutes with it.
Brought the phone back up quicker than I expected and told me normally he sticks by his quotes but he just couldn't stick by his quote on this one.
He seemed like an honest young man so I said well what's the difference he then informed me that my screen didn't need to be replaced and I didn't need to pay $150.
You know you just don't see that these days my wife and I are on a fixed income as we are over 80, sure does mean a lot in fact he ended up charging us nothing had Christian music playing in the background and crosses all over the wall and obviously is a very good Christian business owner boy is this just it's not rare you just don't ever find it God bless you E-Tech thank you for being honest and taking care of a couple of old folks
