Great experience with Nick at Ethos Roofing! Had a minor roof leak around an exhaust vent after a heavy rain. Unlike another company that immediately pushed for a full replacement, Nick took photos and videos to show me the exact problem—a missing nail and an unsealed flashing edge—and fixed it on the spot. He even…

Our attic was retaining heat in the summer and warming our top floor at night. Ethos team did a thorough inspection, presented appropriate options, and worked with us on a plan to improve air flow by adding soffit vents. Reasonable price | $10,000–15,000 I had Nick with Ethos do a replacement of my wood shingles with high impact asphalt shingles, fix a structural beam that was deteriorating from water damage along with the cement supports that were showing the years of weather damage. We have concrete tiles, which are original to the house from 26 years ago. We had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Called Ethos and they came by promptly, explained what it could be, and detailed the process for repair. After I received the estimate and approved it, they came out the next day and fixed it. The…

He even walked the entire roof and sealed up other exposed nail heads to prevent future leaks. Honest, thorough, and straightforward service.

Nick and the team from Ethos Roofing & Restoration have handled both our roof replacement and post-storm repairs. Our house is located in one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods. This turned out to mean that additional work needed to be done to prepare for new roof installation. In the meantime, immediately, the damaged portions of the roof were leak-proofed and secured and the debris from a giant 100-year-old silver maple removed. While Ethos attended to the insurance negotiations and approval, Nick made sure that every step was communicated to us in a timely and professional manner.  Then the entire project was completed quickly and efficiently.  A couple of years later, when another storm struck, I did not hesitate to call Nick to ask him to do the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Nick and Ethos!

Reasonable price | $10,000–15,000 I had Nick with Ethos do a replacement of my wood shingles with high impact asphalt shingles, fix a structural beam that was deteriorating from water damage along with the cement supports that were showing the years of weather damage. They came out when expected and had my roof done within hours. They replaced the beam and put a metal topper on it to mitigate any future water damage. The cement supports were patched and put metal over the top to help mitigate water damage in the future for these as well. It all looks brand new! I’m very happy with the work Nick and his crew did and I would have them back in a heartbeat.

We called Ethos Roofing as our attic is too hot and may not be getting adequate ventilation. Lance spent a lot of time evaluating the roof, the intake soffits and the exhaust vents. He also made some repairs while on the roof, driving in loose nails, sealing exposed nail heads and painting a stack that was rusting. He measured all soffits and vents, calculated the air flow for all and prepared a detailed estimate for repairs, including many photos. We were very impressed with the courtesy, timeliness and professionalism during Lance’s visits. Based on our experience getting a quote we feel comfortable moving forward with Ethos for our attic ventilation needs.
