Ethos Roofing & Restoration

Great experience with Nick at Ethos Roofing! Had a minor roof leak around an exhaust vent after a heavy rain. Unlike another company that immediately pushed for a full replacement, Nick took photos and videos to show me the exact problem—a missing nail and an unsealed flashing edge—and fixed it on the spot. He even…

Nick and the team from Ethos Roofing & Restoration have handled both our roof replacement and post-storm repairs. Our house is located in one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods. This turned out to mean that additional work needed to be done to prepare for new roof installation. In the meantime, immediately, the…

It has been a great experience working with Lance at Ethos in replacing our roof after hail damage. Lance is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He is super helpful in helping us working with the insurance company and offering suggestions of the best course of action. He is also very flexible in…

Perfect experience with Ethos. Value: 10/10 The price for the replacement of the roof with class four shingles, with gutter and guard replacement, along with the removal of old equipment was very good. Communication: 10/10 Sam was highly communicative from start to finish the entire way. Everything was laid out in…

Ethos Roofing & Restoration did great work and provided excellent, timely, and professional service. I would use them again, and highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Ethos Roofing & Restoration, especially working with Sam. We were in the process of purchasing a home and our inspector noted a few minor roof issues. Sam came out quickly, thoroughly inspected everything, and was able to address the minor repairs right away. What really stood out was…

I recently hired Josh Goertzen and his team for some roof repairs and skylight replacements, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They arrived on time and took the time to listen to my concerns. Not only did they accommodate an additional repair I requested last minute, but they also went above and beyond…

Ethos was very easy to work with. Sam Saslow was my contact through the whole process and he was very informative throughout the journey. The price noted in the question below was recovered through insurance. Speaking of insurance, they did not want to pay for a new roof, but Ethos was a bulldog in helping me…

Nick and Josh have been great from day one through completion of our flat roof recoating. Although their price came in higher compared to other quotes I received, the attention to detail, communication, warranty offered, and overall quality of their work made it worth it.
