Is Ethos Roofing & Restoration any good?

Great experience with Nick at Ethos Roofing! Had a minor roof leak around an exhaust vent after a heavy rain. Unlike another company that immediately pushed for a full replacement, Nick took photos and videos to show me the exact problem—a missing nail and an unsealed flashing edge—and fixed it on the spot. He even…

We called Ethos Roofing as our attic is too hot and may not be getting adequate ventilation. Lance spent a lot of time evaluating the roof, the intake soffits and the exhaust vents. He also made some repairs while on the roof, driving in loose nails, sealing exposed nail heads and painting a stack that was rusting.…

Lance and his team at Ethos did an incredibly thorough evaluation of our roof and identified damage beneath the tile shingles that was causing additional issues around the exterior of our home. They showed me photos of everything they found and clearly explained how they planned to repair it. Our front patio roof…

I would like to thank Nick for thoroughly inspecting our roof and taking the time to walk me through the details, remediation processes, things that I should share with my insurance company, and for generally spending extra time answering all of my questions. I felt like Nick showed genuine care for his customers…

I called Ethos to perform a roof inspection on my home. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment with Lance. He was very professional and helpful in explaining his observations and recommendation. He provided me with a report on the same day of the inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Perfect experience with Ethos. Value: 10/10 The price for the replacement of the roof with class four shingles, with gutter and guard replacement, along with the removal of old equipment was very good. Communication: 10/10 Sam was highly communicative from start to finish the entire way. Everything was laid out in…

Ethos repaired my roof after a different contractor left flashing problems that caused a leak in my new construction. Ethos was GREAT! Nick knew exactly how to fix the problem. Ethos was professional, knowledgeable and provided a timely fix. I highly recommend Ethos Roofing!

Bill Halvorsen, Project Manager, has done a fantastic thorough job bidding for our difficult roof replacement project for a house in Boulder. An easy quick communication over two weeks with a great attention for details and a deep knowledge of low pitch roofing constraints. Highly recommend.

Josh did a thorough review of my roof, and advised that there was some hail damage but it did not rise to the level of requiring repairs. He also pointed out some workmanship defects that I can share with my home warranty provider. I will call Ethos when I am in need of roof repairs, you should too.

Working with Nick was a great experience! I had a couple tiles I think my tree pushed off while growing on a gable, and had just the underlayment exposed. I had talked to a few different roofing companies and all quoted me much more, while also saying they probably couldn't get the tiles. Nick was confident he…

Ethos Roofing & Restoration did great work and provided excellent, timely, and professional service. I would use them again, and highly recommend.

Sam came out to on Friday, gave the quote on the same day and then had his crew out on Monday! The fix was super fast and extremely reasonable to say the least. No insurance involved which makes things easier since the repair was less than the deductible. Had the job completed in less than 2.5 hours and nothing to…

They provided a bid and scheduled the work promptly. The crew did the repairs and showed drone images confirming the repair work. Cleanup was…

Communication was great leading up to the appt. The roof inspector was timely, very professional, and knowledgeable. I would feel comfortable using them again in the future.

Sam was great! We called him over because we thought we had a leak in our roof and it ended up being an HVAC issue. While waiting for hvac to come, Sam went into our attic to take pics of the problem for us, soaked up leaking water and put a bucket under the leak. He went above and beyond. He didn’t charge us either…

Nick and Josh have been great from day one through completion of our flat roof recoating. Although their price came in higher compared to other quotes I received, the attention to detail, communication, warranty offered, and overall quality of their work made it worth it.

Fantasic service from Josh, would definitely recommend. Very knowledgable about roofing and house maintenance in general. Also, incredibly efficient, definitely knew what he was doing.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ethos Roofing & Restoration and Lance. They did a fantastic job on my roof repairs, including solar removal and replacement, gutters, and more. Working with Lance to get an estimate and quote for roof repairs was an easy and professional experience! We will certainly work with him for our roof needs in the future.

Thank you to Ethos for getting my roof replaced this year. They worked hand in hand with State Farm to make it happen. The quality of the work met my high expectations. Josh from Ethos was my project manager and his work was timely and greatly appreciated.

Lance was able to come out and provide a free estimate within a day of my request. Good communication all the way around and he was able to explain the rationale behind why things were done the way they were. Thanks Lance!

I called Ethos after our insurance agent told us our premiums would be increasing by 40%! She mentioned that having a roof inspection may be of benefit. Lance responded quickly and showed up right on time. He told me what he would do on the roof, how long it would take and then shared photos with my husband and me.…

Sam and his team provided exceptional services with prompt responses and proactive communication each step of the way. We had experienced a noticeable leak during large storms, and called Ethos to help repair any damage to our roof. Sam explained the likely causes, prevention strategies and helped us design a repair…

Ethos by far is the best roofing company in Colorado! After a major hail storm in May 2023 and fighting with Farmers, Insurance Company, for over two years. Nick and Constantine Anest, stayed and guided us through the whole process. Once everything was approved, Nick oversaw the project. He was professional, kind…

I can’t say enough great things about Sam Saslow and the team at Ethos Roofing. They deliver top-notch service from start to finish. I had Ethos repair some broken concrete tiles on our roof. Great company to work with and our service rep, Dean, was very helpful. It was great to work with Dean and the Ethos team. They were communicative, friendly, and professional from inspection through completed repair. They shared pictures during the repair process and kept me up to speed throughout. Give them a shout if you’re looking for any roofing work.

Ethos did a great job working with me in dealing with repairs from a hail storm. Bill Halverson as the project manager was great to work with and helped navigate difficulty with my insurance provider and made sure the end work product exceeded my expectations. Would strongly recommend Ethos and Bill specifically.

Nothing but an amazing customer service experience, prompt service and quality work. They put your satisfaction first! Nick was awesome at showing us the scope of work and pictures of our repairs. We will definitely be using again and recommending this company to others! Thank you.

Nick came out to check out the roof after the recent tornado. He was on time and very professional and performed a thorough inspection and determined the damages and explained options for repair. Also he provided a referral to another contractor for a non roofing problem that he identified.

One of the aspects that stood out the most was their efficiency. Ethos Roofing and Restoration not only completed the job within the promised timeframe but also managed the project seamlessly. They kept the work area tidy and ensured minimal disruption to my daily routine. Thank you Nick and team for your work and…

During the inspection on my new home it was identified I had some shingle and siding damage. We had a very large project with Ethos and would highly recommend them, especially Dean Cerrone's team. Dean treated our house as if it was his own and was a pleasure to work with.

Contacted Conor for an estimate on a roofing repair (who we had already used and were very happy). He came out the same day I contacted him and quoted the cost of the job very accurately. It was completed within the week and it looks great. I would use Ethos again without question and Conor's service was excellent.
