My Telsa was having issues really didn’t want to go to Telsa and pay a whole lot of money. I google need help with my Telsa and this was the first place pulled up thanks god. The staff is extremely professional and were able to find out the specific and detailed problem that I have been having for months with my Volkswagen. Although it took two separate visits to repair the issues I was very satisfied with the outcome. Rick and Eli are awesome!

My 2016 BMW 328i recently needed a new battery after the original lasted an incredible 10 years! I had surgery in September and couldn't drive for three weeks, so when I finally got back behind the wheel, my car struggled to start. The team also discovered my rear brake pads were down to just 2mm, so I had those replaced as well.
My service advisor, Ahad, was wonderful throughout the entire process! I work 60 hours a week and often can't answer my phone, so I especially appreciated the consistent text updates. He kept me informed every step of the way without interrupting my workday. He was straight up about the costs, and the prices were so fair.
What really stood out, though, was his kindness. Just before leaving home to pick up my car, I realized my credit card was missing! The last time I'd used it was before going under anesthesia for surgery where I handed it off to a friend. Thankfully, Ahad explained that I could pay using my Capital One card through Apple Wallet. When I arrived, he patiently showed me how to use it. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a simple solution thanks to him.
I'm extremely protective of my BMW, and this team has always taken great care of it. Ahad is a wonderful addition! He's professional, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely kind. Great customer service isn't just about getting the job done. It's about how you treat people along the way, and Ahad certainly made a lasting impression.
