European and Domestic Auto Care

Good customer experience

The staff is extremely professional and were able to find out the specific and detailed problem that I have been having for months with my Volkswagen. Although it took two separate visits to repair the issues I was very satisfied with the outcome. Rick and Eli are awesome!

Great service, communication and best value around! I never have to worry about inflated prices or added expenses. Thanks for everything...will return in the future for any necessary work.

The staff was very professional. Ahad was very detailed on explaining what services were rendered and what repairs I should look to complete in the future.

The service at Europeon & Domestic was impeccable. I've taken my Mercedes vehicles to RBM & other dealers over the years but I'm only choosing Europeon & Domestic moving forward. I loved the initial service report, which I received via text; which contains full descriptions of any issues and included videos of my… Read full review

We've been here several times and always have a good experience at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and their scheduling & reminder system is seamless.

Easy to book an appointment and to reschedule. Ahad was an outstanding service rep, above and beyond to explain the costly repair needed. Highly recommend him and the European and Domestic Auto

Been coming here for years. Always great to work with and pragmatic. I had some major work done on my vehicle, Rich and team were collaborative and thorough. While maybe not the absolute cheapest they stand behind their work which is honestly more valuable.

The communication and diagnosis was exceptional.

Excellent experience. Communication was clear throughout the process, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The charges matched the estimate exactly, and the work was completed within the time frame discussed. The service advisor was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this shop

My experience with European and Domestic Auto Care was, as always, a pleasant visit. A very clean and peaceful environment. The complimentary beverage stand is especially a nice touch. The customer service representative who handle my account and repairs was informative and cordial.

Rick is amazing! A real professional, who took the time to explain every detail and made sure he gave us a full picture of the issues on the car. Because there a number of things were repairing it in stages that works for the car, but is also good on our wallet. Rick is honest competent, and very customer service driven 10/10.

This group knows the meaning of great customer service! Had a run-in with a concrete block in a parking garage. Worried that there was damage to the underside, I took my car straight to their shop. Though they were very busy, they fit me in within minutes of arrival. Luckily there was no damage and I was on my way… Read full review

I never do reviews unless the business is worth it, in which case this place is. They are so sweet and kind. I came in here for a diagnostic and Charlie helped me out so much. He gave me a reasonable price for my Audi! I would definitely come here again!

Charlie was amazing at providing great customer service and explaining the repairs necessary to fix my car. I was tired of going to the dealership and wanted to find an honest and more affordable luxury auto mechanic. I am very pleased with the service provided.

First time customer, readily accepted me leaving my x5 while traveling out of town. The best communications, by far, in over 50 yrs experience's including OEM Dealerships. I requested additional work due to phenomenal 1 day parts procurement & front/rear total brake services. Full 50K service & can pick up during… Read full review

Charlie and Dewitt are the best. Trust is important and Ive trusted these guys and this establishment for years. Charlie listens and communicates very well. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that level of service. Seems rare these days! Thanks guys!

I recently had my Range Rover Velar repaired and, after a frustrating experience with other service providers, European & Domestic Auto Care truly exceeded my expectations. A previous repair shop did not have a mechanic knowledgeable enough to properly diagnose or fix my vehicle, and the certified dealership was… Read full review

Really happy! We needed an oil change and a quick once over on our Subaru before the holiday travels and the European & Domestic team delivered! Not only did they fit us into their jam packed pre-Holiday schedule, but their quote for our brake replacement was super reasonable. They worked fast, communicated… Read full review

I'm adding my sincere review to the many well-deserved 5-star reviews of this business. I initially took a chance with my first Audi based on the positive reviews, and have continued to bring my second Audi to them based on their wonderful work and customer service. Most recently, they stuck with me as I was trying… Read full review

Charlie and the Tesla team are incredibly kind, helpful and professional. They absolutely went the extra mile and have been really great to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a door that was very slightly loose and needed a quick tighten. My dealer wanted me to schedule a full appointment, diagnose it, etc. I went here instead and they tightened the bolt in 2 mins. Very friendly service. I appreciate them.

Unfortunately my Porsche Panamera has needed a lot of work lately, it is an old car, but the team at European and Domestic Auto Care keeps her going. I have trusted them when the AC went out and for engine and transmissions mounts as well as getting a whole new cooling system amongst other things. No complaints so… Read full review

Jacob and Carlos are lifesavers!!! Had an issue the day before leaving town, and they pulled out all of the stops to get my car repaired in time! Great service overall!! Would absolutely recommend this shop!!

Carlos was excellent,,, very service oriented,,,Dawitt is extremely knowledgeable.. Good team of people..

Omg different shops failed me and my poor car. Kept failing emissions and coming up with all kinds of garbage reasons why. Carlos At European & Domestic Auto Care fixed my issue! Thank you dude!

I think the customer service is great at European and domestic auto. With this recent repair I did experience some issues With my vehicle after leaving the repair shop. I'm now working to get my vehicle back to the shop for further inspection And diagnosis.

The work was done in a professional and expedite manner. I've been looking all over the Atlanta for this type of service. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the best auto repair place around! They are extremely fast, friendly, and efficient! I will definitely become a lifelong customer now. Thank you for everything!

Have gone to European & Domestic for years and have always been taken care of. They stand by their work and are friendly and easy to deal with.

Excellent shop very nice people, honest and reasonable.

Super nice and professional. Very good service all around!

So glad I found them! Such great customer service, flexibility with scheduling, and honest prices!

They are fantastic! Not only they were very accommodating, allowing me to have a last minute appointment. But they were very fast, reliable, and honest with pricing on my car’s issue. I have paid at BMW in Decatur a lot of money for minor repairs that they were always finding at my car, and I stopped when they were… Read full review

I can’t thank them enough for the work they did! Cost efficient and got the work done quickly. Eli will take care of you! They truly have the best interest of the customer. I regret not taking my car there sooner.

They were very professional and made sure to give me my car back in excellent condition. Bad News! I took my car in because it was leaking oil. For 2 days after I got home, I didn't see a leak. On the 3rd day, my driveway was flooded with oil from the car. I took it back out there and the guy at the desk said I… Read full review

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection and the team did a great job of thoroughly checking my car and breaking down the report.

Eli did an awesome job fixing my Audi Q3 after the recent Atlanta flooding caused damage to my front wheel wells. I am definitely coming to them for any future tune ups and checks, top quality service all around!

I came there Saturday and was having a bad day and was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a warm and sincere “hello how can I help you today”- from Cody. He was very kind and proceeded to take care of my car issues - I highly recommend this business and will continue to use their services.

OMG!! Amazing service that didn't make me feel like a number at all. Old fashioned customer service by Dawit, Shaw, and Jacob. It's amazing how far businesses have gotten away from the basics. European and Domestic treats everyone as if it were them and their vehicles!! I admire the honesty and commitment to great… Read full review

After getting my car serviced at a dealership for many years, E&D was a breath of fresh air. They kept me informed, were fast and efficient at drop off and pick up and fully disclosed the coats before doing any work. I will be back.

This place is amazing. There are a few repair shops out there that won’t rip you off. I went in to have my new brakes checked because they were making a loud noice when we pressed them. The guys did a diagnosis and they determined the brake shop bent something. They fixed it, gave us free wiper fluid and there… Read full review

I’m so happy I found this place for my 2013 BMW. They are extremely knowledgeable and will go up and beyond to find the best solution and price. They are not forceful and always give you time to make your decision. They give a full explanation what’s going on with your car, what’s and WHY needs to be done. No hidden… Read full review

Excellent customer service and great turn-around time.

Eli and the crew are fantastic. They notified me that my Audi required that manufacturer address. Rather than charge me, they helped me get my car to the Audi dealer. My experience at the dealer sucked. Went back to these guys for all follow up service. Night and day. Honest and knowledgeable.

Best spot in Atlanta to get your car fixed. They keep it 100% real with you, and don’t try to get you to do anything that is unnecessary. I recommend that you take your car here if anything is wrong with it.

Porsche dealer misdiagnosed the problem. European And Domestic Auto eliminated the problem first time at very reasonable cost. This firm is my preferred shop. I won’t be going back to the dealership. Nice folks too!

I want to start of by saying, what drew me to even consider them to work on my 07 Audi was the fact that it was mostly woman who commented with nothing but positive feedback. As a woman we do complain alot so to hear none! I was impressed! Secondly if your a young car owner and inexperienced I highly recommend them.… Read full review

Friendly and professional service on a Porsche Macan

After getting quoted a frustratingly high cost for general maintenance at the dealer, I brought my car here and got all the required services in a timely fashion and for a great price. For any car upkeep needs, I will definitely be coming back here.

I have never been more excited to review a business before. My Volvo was purchased without a pre-purchase inspection back in May, and although the car is a solid and reliable car- there were numerous issues that were dangerous to the integrity of the car if not fixed. After driving it as it was for 6 months, the car… Read full review

The team at European and Domestic are top notch. Responsive and detailed and make recommendations based on earning you as a long term customer. I recommend them to everyone.

I only take my BMW to European and Domestic Auto Care. From the time I walk in I’m always greeted with a hello or welcome—even if the place is busy. And I never have to wait too long. The prices are always fair and whenever I have a question or concern they always take the time to answer me. They work hard, they… Read full review

Danny, you are a Jewel, thank you for your patience, customer service and for just treating me like a customer and not like just a number.
