My wax specialist Bailey is super sweet and not awkward 💚 . Even though I been waxing for awhile, they always tell me the after care rules..I strongly recommend you follow them. They give them for a reason! I suggest everyone try waxing at least once. Highly recommend Bailey be your wax specialist!

I am a member for two years. I will continue going there and love there service. I book my next appointment in advance so I get the specialist I want. I LOVE going to Elizabeth. She is the best! Happy client.
Every time I come in the stylists always take good care of me, I typically have a randomly assigned stylist, but you can opt to go to the same person every time. They use lotion/ oil on the skin before removing the hair, and it helps to soften the skin and REALLY eliminates a good portion of the pain. I always leave happy.
Taylor was a phenomenal wax specialist. I really enjoyed her expertise and conversation. She was thorough and step by step. It made my appointment very pleasant.

I love Var (Latham location). She’s so friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. Her technique is great too and the pain is never as bad as I think it’ll be. Highly recommend!

I have been using the services of EWC since moving to the Latham, NY area. While every aesthetician I have seen warrants accolades, Wendy was amazing! I have been receiving Brazilian waxes for 20+ years and she listened to my requests. My eyebrows came out amazing too!!!

This EWC is so great. The staff is very friendly I’ve gone there a few times and every time it’s very quick and the waxers are so patient. I believe my waxed was Verna this time and it was my first time with her and she was so great and she talked me through it. Absolutely love it there.
My waxing specialist was Megan and she was pleasant and quick. I definitely would recommend European Wax Center and Megan.
Liz is absolutely amazing. She is patient and thoughtful and makes me feel comfortable. She does a great job and listens to what I want. She always has great product recommendations, too. All of the staff have always been kind and helpful. I always recommend EWC to friends.

One of the worst waxes! Traveling from out of town and Decided to give this place a try based on good reviews. Got a Brazilian and the woman who waxed me left patches of hair all over. She barely spent any time making sure all hair was removed; spent 20 min cleaning it up after I left. Will definitely not be using…
