Tianna at Latham European Wax center is the absolute best! Been seeing her exclusively for my last year of waxes!

I am a member for two years. I will continue going there and love there service. I book my next appointment in advance so I get the specialist I want. I LOVE going to Elizabeth. She is the best! Happy client.

Every time I come in the stylists always take good care of me, I typically have a randomly assigned stylist, but you can opt to go to the same person every time. They use lotion/ oil on the skin before removing the hair, and it helps to soften the skin and REALLY eliminates a good portion of the pain. I always leave happy.

Taylor was a phenomenal wax specialist. I really enjoyed her expertise and conversation. She was thorough and step by step. It made my appointment very pleasant.

Tianna is the best!!! Always very thorough and professional.

Tianna is phenomenal, she made me feel comfortable and she was extremely thorough. I’ve been getting wax for a very long time, and I’ve never felt as comfortable and as well taken care of as I did when I was getting my Brazilian done with her. I’m never a make an appt type of person. But I definitely set myself up… Read full review

I have been using the services of EWC since moving to the Latham, NY area. While every aesthetician I have seen warrants accolades, Wendy was amazing! I have been receiving Brazilian waxes for 20+ years and she listened to my requests. My eyebrows came out amazing too!!!

Bailey was AMAZING :) super friendly and fantastic results. Request her if you wanna have great conversation and a great wax.

This EWC is so great. The staff is very friendly I’ve gone there a few times and every time it’s very quick and the waxers are so patient. I believe my waxed was Verna this time and it was my first time with her and she was so great and she talked me through it. Absolutely love it there.

My waxing specialist was Megan and she was pleasant and quick. I definitely would recommend European Wax Center and Megan.

I’ve been going to Liz for a while now, she does a great job and is super personable!

One of the worst waxes! Traveling from out of town and Decided to give this place a try based on good reviews. Got a Brazilian and the woman who waxed me left patches of hair all over. She barely spent any time making sure all hair was removed; spent 20 min cleaning it up after I left. Will definitely not be using… Read full review

Tianna was amazing. She was very friendly and thorough.

Always professional and nice. Sometimes need a touch up but those are free so it's great.

Chelsea's incredible! Five stars!

Customer service was amazing. The front desk staff was super welcoming and a lot of fun. However, I did not fully enjoy my service. I did receive a Brazilian wax, when it ended I was not wiped clean to remove the wax that stayed behind. I asked my waxer if it could be wiped, the reply was it’ll be gone when you… Read full review

Wendy is absolutely amazing. She takes time to ensure quality hair removal, and is so knowledgeable about skin and between-wax care. I always leave feeling great about my wax and very informed of how to extend the results and care for my skin until my next session (exfoliation, hydration, etc). She's also super nice and fun to talk to! Highly recommend.

This was my second wax experience ever, but my first wax experience at EWC & it was amazing. Chelsea was very thorough with me and offered me such good advice and also samples to continue taking care of myself at home. Very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be going back!!

Referred here by a friend who normally does my care. She’s closed for a short time and referred me here. Easy parking. Greeted warmly by the front desk. Facility smelled fresh and calming. I was a first time client- was given Megan as my wax specialist. She was informative, professional, friendly! She did a great… Read full review

Liz was 10/10! She made me feel comfortable and was professional and knowledgeable. The waxing was fast, around 10 minutes or less, and the pain afterwards was a 2/10 which is the first for me after a full Brazilian. No wax stuck on after, which is also a first for me! Highly recommend this place, they know what they are doing.

Arianna at the Latham location is the best. So happy with her. Every time. 10 out of 10.

Elizabeth is always thorough, efficient and makes you feel comfortable. She's seriously the best! My go to girl!

Lindsey is the best always quick and so comforting!

Elizabeth (Liz) is absolutely amazing and efficient at what she does. I’ve been getting waxed for about 2 1/2 years and I am very picky with who I go to. I follow all her recommendations and my 3 services only take 30 minutes and they come out flawless. She was even able to fit me in for a 4th service yesterday.

I absolutely love Tyraah! She always does a great job and makes it as painless as possible!

Wooo!! Just left the wax place after my first Brazilian... Yes, the pain is similar to a tattoo... If the tattoo was done in shotgun blasts!! 🔥 Ellen was training under Nicole today. They are both very pleasant people. My tech was Jess and she was very warm and very personable. Most importantly, they were all… Read full review
