My wax specialist Bailey is super sweet and not awkward 💚 . Even though I been waxing for awhile, they always tell me the after care rules..I strongly recommend you follow them. They give them for a reason! I suggest everyone try waxing at least once. Highly recommend Bailey be your wax specialist!

I've never had a bad experience here! (Latham, NY). The techs are amazing, front of house staff is extremely friendly, and the facility is clean. Adriana was great! Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She will be my go-to tech! Their prices are reasonable and competitive.
My wax specialist Wendy took the time to help me define and refine my desired brow shape. She shared her knowledge, experience and recommendations with me in an educated, professional and easy to understand manner. Will def rebook with her in the future.

I have been using the services of EWC since moving to the Latham, NY area. While every aesthetician I have seen warrants accolades, Wendy was amazing! I have been receiving Brazilian waxes for 20+ years and she listened to my requests. My eyebrows came out amazing too!!!
I went here for the first time this past Sunday. I was a walk-in close to closing time. The receptionist was very kind. When I went back with Wendy for my eyebrows. She didn’t rush she took her time and was extremely kind and went above and beyond. Will be going back definitely and requesting Wendy again.

Elizabeth (Liz) is absolutely amazing and efficient at what she does. I’ve been getting waxed for about 2 1/2 years and I am very picky with who I go to. I follow all her recommendations and my 3 services only take 30 minutes and they come out flawless. She was even able to fit me in for a 4th service yesterday.
