I honestly can’t recommend Evergreen Memory Care enough. From the moment we walked in and met with Maya, we knew it would be perfect for my husband’s mother. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring.
The atmosphere felt like home. The rooms are spacious. We put in full size bed and had so much room left over. Sarah was very gentle when doing her assessment and you could tell she and Maya have a real heart for our seniors. They have made things very easy for us in setting my MIL up with residency there. The home is clean and well kept.
The residents were engaged in an exercise class when we were there and seemed to be having a blast. I know we made the right choice.

We have felt so supported from the moment we walked in and met with Chante. The speed and compassion with which she responded to our unique situation has been a comfort through one of the most difficult chapters of my adult life. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the process of getting Dad settled. The staff at Evergreen has continued to be available and responsive to our family and we know that Dad is being cared for with specific attention to his needs and personality. Recently our mother, who was in an independent living facility suffered a medical event. She would no longer be able to live independently, and would require a fair amount of assistance. We were on a deadline, as these sudden events don’t ever allow for much planning? We had toured several fine facilities before seeing Evergreen. We met with Maya Basto, the Community Relations Director and explained we were not only looking for a new home for our mother, but looking to move my father who required memory care. Our goal was not only to find quality care for both our parents. We wanted to move them into a facility where they could at least be near each other. Maya was our salvation in navigating the process for not just one parents situation, but both! We couldn’t be more grateful to not just Maya, but the other folks she introduced us too at Evergreen Memory Care. Who worked with us to see our folks were in the best possible hands! I highly recommend Evergreen Memory Care. Our brother lived there for two years. The floor staff, med-techs, and activities director gave consistent care and personal attention to his needs. They patiently helped us understand how to navigate the new world of dementia for a loved one. It takes time to trust that a care facility will do the best thing for your family member. Evergreen is worthy of that level of trust.

The activities director is wonderful & got my dad to join in things he would never have done on his own. Bingo, music, exercise ? I give EMC, out of a 5 star rating, I give them a big 10 ! They are true professionals. Highly recommend. Can't say enough good !

Over the years, my mom has lived in a few different care facilities. Once she moved into Evergreen, I knew she was home. Staff members are great and always take the time to make sure mom is happy, listened to, and comfortable. Staff members have gotten to know mom and they know moms preferences and likes.
Chante, the activity director, is beyond amazing! Chante takes mom out on walks in the sunshine, encourages her to participate in daily activities, and takes her to doctor appointments. Having mom in a place I know she is safe and loved has been such a huge weight off of my shoulders and has allowed me to be her daughter again with less worries!

My mom has been living at Evergreen Memory Care for a little over a year now and I have been very pleased with the level of care she receives. Chante, the Life Enrichment Coordinator, goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents have a variety of activities to do. Some of which include exercises, games and my mom's favorite, a bus tour where they are taken for a drive and get ice cream. Although communication at times has been a little challenging and the turnover of the care providers is a little high, any concern I have had has been addressed quickly and I have never felt like my mom was being neglected in any way. Most importantly, when I ask her if she is still happy living there, she always responds yes.
