AVOID. Used to be my go to plumber. We had our tankless water heater stop working and were out of hot water. After arriving at the tail end of the window, the tech said “oh just get a new unit it would be cheaper and you can do it yourself and have hot water immediately and it’s so easy.” So we went out immediately…
